preston, trenton & bryson did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in the house we just moved into. there was a lot of cat hair and several spots with cat urine stains, but they took their time to deep clean, sanitize, and deodorize everything really well. i appreciated how honest they were about a few chairs that couldn’t be cleaned properly because of heavy stains, and they made sure not to charge us for those. they really went above and beyond what we expected, and you can tell they care about their work. we’ll definitely be using their carpet cleaning service again and will recommend them to anyone who needs a great and reliable team.

I spoke with Trenton, who assured me that if the spot cleaning didn't reach the $75 minimum, he would provide additional services to make up the difference. He provided me with a two-hour arrival window. Trenton contacted me when he was en route, arriving on time and handling everything very professionally. I was really impressed by their branding. He pretreated the spots and cleaned them with a rotary tool before steam cleaning the entire room. The equipment he used for the steam cleaning was truck-mounted. The cost for the room was just $35, so I then asked him to clean a microfiber couch that I'd been considering getting rid of. The cost for the couch was $75, but it was completely worth it! Trenton managed to remove old spots and ink stains from the couch, making it look like new again. This means I won't have to replace the couch for a few more years. The carpet cleaning service was prompt and professional. I found their service to be valuable and reasonably priced. My total came to $110 for a large living room and a 5-foot microfiber couch. Trenton saved my carpet from needing a replacement and even offered to come back free of charge if the spots reappeared once the carpet had dried. The black spots are now gone, and I'll definitely be using their services again in the future!
