The short - Honest, helpful, friendly.

Reached out to Luis to help us with our water heater. From the start, I knew I wanted to work with him. He guided me on the way to find out of my product was still under warranty. He told me I may be able to get the parts for free. He then gave me advice on how to do it, but also offered to help with the project.

When the parts arrived (free because of warranty), Luis helped me install them and fixed my kitchen sink. Prices were great too! He was informative through the work which I appreciated because I like learning.

I am thankful for his honesty and availability. My wife and I definitely feel like we found our family plumber and will reach back out when we are ready to repipe and other plumbing needs.

Best service not only when it comes to plumbing but the customer service is excellent. Always available when I have emergency calls . I don’t trust any other plumbing service then them .Always honest about the service they provide .Once save me out of $500 charge that a previous plumber wanted to charge and Ser plumbing was honest and told me what needed to be done and explain to me that the other company was trying to over charge me . Ever since I have been getting there services. I managed an apartment building and they are always helping with any emergency call I have.They do an amazing job .

SER Plumbing is a family owned and ran plumbing company that does tremendous work. They repiped the whole house and fixed our old drains FAST. Their work was flawless and had extreme attention-to-detail. Luis is very personable and walks you through every step of the process and is extremely patient with any questions you may have. I would absolutely recommend SER Plumbing if you are looking for a great team to do great work and won’t upscale you.

Luis is a great plumber and an honest person. We've hired him for small and large plumbing jobs (from a leak to full scale repiping) and he does a great job. He's always fair and doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need.

Sure, a large nationwide plumbing company can probably do the job also. But you'll get better results, better service and probably a better price too from Luis, who owns and takes pride in his company.

Ser fixed my old shower knob emergency. They were professional and upfront about costs and expectations. The services met my expectations and exceeded them. I highly recommend them.

Ser Plumbing takes care of all the plumbing needs in our home. Their professionalism and courtesy is unmatched. They have installed a water heater and even a clean out. They also sevice drain clogs and gas pipes for the appliances. Ser Plumbing responds to you in a timely manner and their prices are fair.

Was extremely pleased with the rapid response for maintenance on my tankless water heater. Luis was punctual, courteous, and answered questions politely and respectfully. Luis even assisted with a question unrelated to the water heater and made sure the problem was resolved. Definitely will be adding Ser Plumbing to my list of resources for future issues.

I'm a property manager in the Los Angeles area. We have used Ser Plumbing twice to repair plumbing issues other handymen could not do competently. The last handyman tried over three times, over a month, to fix a shower leak. He suggested the leak was in the shower wall. He wanted to tear apart the wall. His analysis was incorrect. It would have been costly if I would have followed the handyman's suggestions. Luis & Jose from Ser Plumbing came out and solved the leak in one visit for a reasonable cost. Next time I have a serious plumbing issue, I plan to contact Ser Plumbing to have the issue repaired by a licensed professional all in one visit. Sometimes handymen are useful, but for serious problems or for code compliance jobs we plan to use a licensed plumber. Ser Plumbing will be first on our list.

They are honest and hard working people. So glad that they fixed my shower without overcharging me. I originally called another plumber and had my shower looked at and I was told of a bigger problem and a major work needed to be done, it was ridiculous! And then I came across Ser Plumbing and it was so simple, they explained everything and fixed the issue without any hiccups. Highly recommended!

This company is amazing. I've had encounters with horrible companies that overcharge and they are quick to take advantage. Ser plumbing has always been a big help with multiple properties that I've had issues at. They are fair, accurate, truthful, and very professional. I don't even want to calk any other plummer. I have them in my phone on speed dial! They are the best!

Ser Plumbing did work on my condo and were easy to contact, efficient in their work and courteous with having covers/sheets to prevent damage/debris in my home while working. I have used them 3 times with no issues, price were fair and transparent. Referred to my parents and they liked them as well. Give them a shot of looking for a new plumber. They are my go to local plumber if I have any issues. They set up my RO water system, changed toilets, added water shutoff valves for my personal complex/condo unit.

Update 8/17/24 - installed new toilet upstairs main bathroom. Fast efficient as always. Would recommend everyone in Paramount area to give them a try.

We were extremely happy with the services of SER Plumbing. They showed up on time, were able to give us an appointment quickly, were efficient, polite, solved two problems that had been plaguing us - a bathtub that refused to drain and a garbage disposal that refused to work. On top of which we thought their prices were very reasonable. We highly recommend them!
