Scheduling was easy to do and he promptly answered all my questions. The best part was that he was able to provide me a quote over the phone. Great experience with the team. After reaching out for a quote, I had someone stop by to review the property and provide an estimate. We have a tall home with a fair number of windows and a lot of spider webs. On the day of service, we worked with Cole, who was communicative about his arrival time and how he was going to go about cleaning the building. I was able to re-advise what we needed accomplished, so it was helpful that I worked from home and could check in. He spent a couple hours on the house and it looks so much better than prior to the service, even on the third level, which is tough to reach. We'll definitely be working with the company again.

I've been using Big Wave for a couple years now, and they've always done a good job on my MCM home. I have A LOT of glass, and they typically tackle the job successfully in a day with little invasiveness for me or the family. I have to say though, that this last time they cleaned the windows, was beyond my expectations! Luis did such an exceptional job and even cleaned my massive double story glass entrance BY HAND. Wow! It's seriously the best it has looked, I think ever! Thanks so much Big Wave and please send Luis every time, he's amazing!!!

Very hard to find a company that will do a minimum number of outside windows so I am very happy to have found Big Wave Window. A very good job at a reasonable price. I have used them several times. Carson came this last time and did a very good job.

Big Wave took over the business from our previous window service (Marvel window washing). I was a little concerned initially in changing providers. However, Big Wave was very professional, timely and did a great job. All while honoring my previous price for the same service with Marvel. Very satisfied.

From start to finish Big Wave Window was perfect. They were quick to respond with a profession quote, they accommodated my schedule, the provided a reminder, and showed up right on time. Luke did our windows and he was very pleasant, professional and did an amazing job. After he was through he looked at each window again to be sure he didn’t miss anything. He was very professional, addressed all of my questions and his work was very clean! He worked straight through and finished a big job in a very timely manner! Luis actually showed up early because he'd finished his previous call, which was appreciated. He kept at it all afternoon (sorry, man, I should have gotten a warning to you about how long it had been since we'd had this done) and wrapped up without a trace of ever having been there except for the immaculate roof and gutters. He did a great job and Big Wave has excellent pricing, so it really felt like a value. Shoutout to the office/dispatch for getting him out the same day there was another issue that most other places would have used as an excuse to just push the appointment. I appreciate it all and happily give Big Wave a HIGH RECOMMEND.

These guys are the best! Big Wave not only does a great job cleaning windows, but all the guys they send out are really nice! They also power washed our stucco and left our house looking fantastic!

Jack and Sage did a great job washing my house, patio and all the windows and cleaning the gutters. It all looks fabulous, and they worked very hard. Highly recommend Jack and Sage—they did great work and were friendly and great to work with!

Our trees make a mess of our roof and that can spell trouble when rains come. Big Wave responded quickly to our request for help getting things cleaned up.Sage was on time and very careful and thorough as he cleaned our roof and gutters. We appreciate the good work.

Christopher and his assistant Felipe did a wonderful job cleaning my windows. They were thorough and fast… doing all the windows without telling or pointing them which one to do. Will definitely hire them again.

As always, Big Wave delivered! My gutters were cleaned (and just in time, as it rained the next couple days) Our windows, inside and out, glisten! They even cleared leaves off our two story roof. We have many unreachable bay windows in our 3-story home, as well as multiple patios and lawn areas with glass-panel walls. I found Big Wave Windows in a Yelp search and they had many great reviews so I called for the free estimate appointment. They were able to book an appointment quickly and came back a few days later to start the job. Zack was friendly and professional and the result was sparkling clean windows and screens for an affordable price. Their communication before, during and after the service shows they really care about their employees and clients. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again in the future.
