A truck backed into the corner of my brand new home so I contacted modern builder for stucco repair and they did not let me down. They did an impeccable job

A huge thank you to Modern Builders! We cannot say enough about the quality and professionalism of their work. Nelson was absolutely fantastic and an artist at resurfacing our stucco. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the job.
We had the unfortunate experience of having to put the project on hold for a week in the middle due to weather and Nelson took the time to take up all of the protective tarps from the ground and all the construction bits to ensure that our dog would be able to happily and safely utilize the yard during the break. That is care!
And what a transformation! It’s like a new home. Our house went from an unattractive green popcorn finish to a beautiful smooth coconut finish. Thank you to Nelson, Brian, Isai and the whole Modern Builders team.

Bryan, the boss of Modern Builders, is young, energetic, hard-working and sincere. The first time when he visited our home and discussed everything about our re-roofing need, I was quite sure I would hire him to do the job, and finally I did after comparing with 3 other companies. Today, the project is finally completed. Even though it took longer than originally told, but it was not 100% their fault. Simply put, I am very satisfied with the job they have done. Bryan is always there for you so you can ask any questions by emails, by texts or phones. While the foreman, Javier, impressed me very much as well. He always carefully listened to whatever questions that I have, big or small, and jumped into action right away to solve the problems, even with extra miles.
