The Enviro team and Joe were wonderful to work with making it easier on us to deal with the loss we incurred post Eaton Fire. They were easy to work with and personable, making sure we knew they were there to do the job thoroughly and professionally. They took great care in taking detailed inventory of our loss items and made what is an emotional and difficult process feel like a breeze and even fun at times :) . Truly grateful to them and can't recommend them enough.

I truly cannot begin to put into words how wonderful our experience with Environmental 911 was. They were so kind, professional and human throughout an incredibly difficult situation of dealing with our losses during the Eaton fire. We could trust that they did every step with safety and care, and were able to trust them through the process. They maintained communication with us throughout the remediation, and were open to our needs throughout it. They checked in on us several times after settling into our new home as well. They helped with so many things that were unexpected, I would like to boast some of the extra things that they did but I wouldn't want anyone to expect the same because it truly was above and beyond what they needed to do!! It feels like a true family owned operation, with the certifications needed to feel good about such a daunting mission. All of our belongings were cleaned, tested negative for lead, and then packed and sent with care. I am so grateful for all of the help from Joe, Javier, Kim and team. I am so grateful for this group of people. Thank you for making me and my family safe! And thanks for being so patient as I was overtly emotional through the process haha.

Environmental 911 completed an asbestos abatement in my house. The workers were on time and were professional. The completed the abatement timely, cleaned up everything. It was a great experience and I recommend them 100%.

After the fire on our farm, Joe at Enivomental 911 was incredibly helpful in making a difficult situation much simpler. He was knowledgeable, professional, and relieved a lot of the stress of dealing with insurance claims. I’d highly recommend him if you are navigating fire/water damage.

Had a water loss in the slab as well as leaking drainage pipes upstairs. Russ and his crew were on it from the very beginning. Professional, caring and understanding. I would recommend them for any environmental work that you need done, without qualification. They really care!!

Fire restoration excellent, Latin mold and asbestos removal A1 job

I had water damage inside my house and called Environmental 911. They arrived at my house faster than I imagined, and during the storm. The crew immediately stopped further damage despite the torrential rains. They set up equipment to begin the process of drying out the ceiling, walls and floors. They set up containment areas and scheduled the required tests for asbestos, lead paint and mold. Joe was communicative through the process and let me know the current state and next steps along the way. Crystal clear, 100% professional. Aside from flawless execution on the water mediation work, they have a wealth of knowledge with the next steps - contractors for restoration work, communications with insurance company, areas to highlight so make sure work gets done right...way too much to list. WAY more than I expected - this company knows how to execute!

While calling to get quotes for cleaning up debris that fell into the house as a result from a roofing replacement, I talked to Kim...what an awesome patient and helpful person she is. The company overall was really thorough and responsive in helping me understand the scope and steps that we needed to take in order to resolve our situation.

I waited a few weeks after Environmental 911 finished to write this review.Just to give a bit of context: Found a leak in my room & had to get mitigation done to which they found black mold.
I have to admit I was on the fence with doing mitigation because it's not a "have to" you can ignore the possibility of mold in your home but I'm grateful I did it the right way, went ahead with mitigation & it was with the right team.
Russ was the head person I worked with as far as all communications went. Him and my insurance adjuster from nationwide did most the logistical communication. Russ was professional, quick , and direct.
Even with me pushing off starting everything "because I had my own personal hesitations" he remained patient & communicative.
When the job started, the employees (both by the name Javier) were very respectful. The best part is how they laid down a cardboard runway from the door to the room in working process so that the rest of my home remained peaceful & clean which I truly valued. They enclose the room that had the mitigation being performed & I have to say, my home remained very peaceful & as clean as one could keep it.
The employees never made me feel uncomfortable which is my most important thing to mention. Being a female & on my own you always run the risk of inappropriate behaviors with men coming to your home and working on stuff. Environmental remained super professional. They never made me feel uncomfortable & I could tell I was never looked at in any inappropriate way. I felt safe to let the Javiers be in my home while I was away and lock up on their own. So if you're a female & hesitate on who to trust, this is your company.
The only thing I personally did wish was a tiny bit of hand holding as far as explanation of every single moment went & that was to come next & what to expect but they did a wonderful job overall. I just had to face my fears of possibly coming off annoying and ask the questions I needed for my own personal awareness & peace of mind.

Oh yea, job was greatly done & the process of a new room is almost done!

Environmental 911 has helped me in a full house remodel project due to a leak. They charge a fair price consistent with market value and are extremely professional. They are knowledgeable and get the job done swiftly and efficiently. If you are in the market for abatement services, look no further. 10/10! My experience with Russel and the rest of his team has been phenomenal.

Had a great experience working with Russ and his team. Russ was communicative and on top of it with scheduling. His guys were very thorough in covering spaces before and then cleaning up after the removal of the asbestos. They were transparent about costs up front and the possibility of a slight increase in costs if they had to go into the wall to remove it (luckily they didn't have to, in my case). I would definitely recommend this company for taking care of any asbestos removal issues you have.
