Great service, they are always on time and they always remembers to wear their little blue shoe covers to come in, I love the fact that I didn’t have to remind them since this was their second time I had to use their services, they are so professional and very good customer service! The little girl that was sent to assist me was awesome! I think her name is Liz not to sure I hope I can find out who it was !

Manuel arrived on time and ready to go. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I even recommended him to my neighbors. I also liked how I received a text message that let me know Manuel was on his way. It included his picture and a call back number just in case I needed to make adjustments. Very convenient! Our Eco Pro technician, Liz, diagnosed our system problem the moment she heard it. The part was ordered and installed within a week, and the system is performing perfectly now. Eco Pro has been completely professional, with great communication throughout, and Liz is a credit to the company. We would highly recommend them and Liz!

Liz our technician was very professional, knowledgeable and understood the value of our home. She walked in with mask on and shoe booties.

Second time we had used Eco Pro HVAC this this year. The work continues to be excellent. Arturo the technician came in and did the inspection of my equipment and had everything running in no time! He always does excellent work for us. I feel extremely comfortable letting him into the house and he knows where to go and what to do. I don't have to stand around to watch him. I know if he sees a problem, he will let me know and take care of it. One of the reasons I use Eco Pro HVAC. Excellent service! As always, we are very satisfied!

Arturo from Eco Pro arrived promptly for the scheduled appointment. He was very professional and diagnosed our problem immediately. Fortunately, he had the needed part already on the truck and was able to repair it immediately. Arturo and Eco Pro we’re very communicative, punctual and professional. Based of this service, I would highly recommend them.

I was able to get a next-day appointment. Loved that! I appreciated getting a picture and text of the tech just before he arrived. Arturo was polite and efficient. The problem was an easy fix but I'm glad Arturo persevered since the A/C was not making the same noise I had heard before. He quickly found the culprit and the job was done.

My landlord hired this company to repair a leaking system from my AC. I got an appointment with their technician Liz within a couple days from the initial call. The warranty came back good and within the week she was back to install a new pump and rebuild the draining system. The next day I noticed my AC no longer blew cold air. I called them back and they sent Liz out again with no trouble at all just 2 days from my call. She fixed the issue within 15 minutes. I’m very happy with her service.

Liz showed up with a friendly smile ready to work. She without asking put on her shoe booties to walk through the home. She knew exactly what she was looking for and seemed to know which tests to run. She explained to me what certain labels were stating. Liz explained what she was doing and why. Explained how certain units work together. She then continued to let me know what the next steps and process is. I appreciated her knowledge, details and friendliness.

Amazing experience! The word out and reviews are true. Highly professional and punctual. Answers calls, sends texts with photos of tech when they're on the way. Arturo troubleshooted my split units quickly, fixed them and showed me what the issues were and what he did. Couldn't imagine a better experience! Thank you all so much!

Liz was assigned to our case through our home warranty company. She was on time, polite, and professional. We have had a lot of back and forth with our warranty company so Liz was the fourth person (from three different companies) who came out to look at our AC unit. She was much more thorough than any of the previous techs and found issues they had all missed.

She submitted our report quickly and let us know what she found and what her recommendation was.

We would request her for any follow up visits for sure. 10/10!

EcoPro HVAC is the best!! The technician (Liz) that was sent really knows her HVAC. The previous contractor sent by First American just couldn’t figure what was the problem. And simply stopped answering email or phone. EcoPro HVAC made every effort to service me as soon as possible. That same afternoon of getting service request. Liz was very professional and thorough. It appeared she stepped through electrical control flow and had the system working in about 30 minutes. I wish was the caliber of all First American contractors!!

Ulises was such a pleasure. His style of communication was kind and caring, making us confident that he knew what he was doing. He explained the process and answered our questions, he was friendly, professional, cleaned up as he went along. He is an asset to the company. We need more Ulisis in the field of servicing customers. Thank you! The office contacts were all very responsive, helpful and polite!

We contacted our Warranty Company and the next day Liz arrived. On time, very professional, detailed in her work and explained the issues our AC was having. I am very pleased with her work and would recommend her and her company again.

Very positive experience all the way around. Not only are they great at pro-actively communicating, they also answer their phones; a live person! Arturo was also fast, professional and clear on what he was doing and what he found. A company I would use again for sure.

The company was contacted by my home warranty company, and were very quick to respond and scheduled me at their first available slot. The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My AC was inconveniently located, but he handled it all with aplomb and good cheer. He got the system worrying just in time for another 100+ degree day. Would absolutely use them again!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with EcoPro during a recent First American Home Warranty service call. The HVAC technician (actually he seemed to be an expert) was Ulises. Prior to his arrival I received a descriptive bio from EcoPro all about Ulises, his experience in HVAC, how long he had been with EcoPro and his picture so I'd recognize him upon arrival. Compared to other warrant experiences with subcontractors, Ulises was OUTSTANDING. He spent time to talk to me to listen to what was going on and what I had observed about the issues. He then took that info and performed his own, very thorough diagnosis, all the while he was explaining to me what was going on and what he was observing since there's a fair amount of observation, trial and error and process of elimination to isolate the problem. Finally we narrowed down the problem to a sensor and he was able to show me how he could reproduce the issue tripping the system to fail and showing me the led on the circuit board which was producing a blinking error code. He was great and very diligent. Unfortunately my review does not seem to be consistent with EcoPro - so when in doubt, when you schedule your appointment - ask for Ulises C!

We had a problem with our A/C unit and furnace. We contacted this company they made an appointment right away. The technician by the name Liz came over and she was so professional and courteous. She wear a shoe covers and a mask. She was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong with the unit. She fix it and walked us through what she did. I most definitely recommend this company and hopefully you get Liz she is very good and professional. Thank you Liz for your help

We had to have our ac replaced. The guys showed up on time and were very nice and professional. It was an all day job so I was able to continue what I needed to do at home while they were working. 10/10 recommend! We now have our new ac running beautifully!
