Lauren from Pleasant Hill store was super helpful. I wanted a specific tile and she helped me to figure out the nearest store (Stockton) where tile was available, spoke to the Stockton store to reserve a box of tile for me as store inventory was very low, helped me in placing the order @ Stockton store and refunded my original order that i had place @ pleasant hill location. She truly went above and beyond to help. Thanks a lot Lauren!!!!!

I have the best experience with the complimentary design service by Jennifer Gosiengfiao this morning. She is the best example for how a stellar customer service should be like. She greeted us with a big smile, took notes of all of ideas, and made great recommendations for our bathroom remodeling project.

I also love Floor and Decor store. I have remodeled several bathrooms and I always come back here as the price is reasonable, the items are available so I dont have to wait several weeks for the items to come, there are a wide variety of options to choose from.

I wish to commend your manager, Amin, for the way he handled our problem last week. While he was courteous and friendly and listened to us carefully, he helped to replace problematic tiles fast. Also, he guided us in choosing new tiles. He really has a good sense for balance, with the right mix of colors and textures. It was very clever offer and the result was phenomenal and beyond our imagination. Such professionalism is rare nowadays. We advise all buyers who need design advise to consult with him to choose tiles and designs. Thanks a lot.

we visited this store on a weekday around 10am for a tile which was out of stock in Milpitas. The store was huge, very well organized And there were a lot of options. Best part was the customer service. They had patiently explained the types of flooring and gave valuable suggestions. Shoutout to the cashier as well. She made out ordering process very smooth.
I had to call them to edit my order a few hours later .customer support was very responsive and instantly solved my issue. Would definitely recommend to get your tiles here. They are also very reasonably priced!

I had visited the store several times as I was in the process of remodeling my bathroom. Every time all employees were very helpful! I recall going into the store and being in a panic to finally purchase my floor material because I could not remember my sample choice...immediately Efrain assisted me and was able to identify what I needed. He also was very helpful to load my cart and gather all the remaining items I needed. He was also very knowledgeable with all the products in the store which made it easy for him to answer my questions! Thank you Efrain for your exceptional service!

We love shopping here! We did our laundry room and now we are doing our master bath. The employees here are always helpful and we’ve never had issues with things being out of stock. Plus, the prices are great!

If you are looking for marble, Granite, ceramic tile or laminate flooring this is the place to go, they have a wonderful staff ready to help you and the prices are amazing too

Elmira came up to me while I was walking around today trying to choose some tile for 2 of my bathrooms. She made the process easy and quick. There is so much to see, and all I had to do was show her some Inspo pictures and she brought some tiles accordingly . I walked out with tile for both of my restrooms. All staff was very kind. She is an incredibly talented interior designer who provided brilliant advice on a very complicated kitchen issue, involving both period and architectural styles. I had the best renovation experiences while working with Elmira, a designer at the store. She is so pleasant, knowledgeable and creative. I ended up getting all tiles and kitchen countertop that she recommended at the store. Floor & Decor became my new favorite place to go now when it's staff is so helpful and is available when I need them. I am looking forward to working with Elmira again for the next project!
