Excellent work! These guys went up into one of the tallest, most precarious trees to fish my drone out of it.
Very professional and easy to work with.
Thanks Deva! -
I can only sing praise for this guy!! He was prompt, knowledgeable and super fair on charges for his services.
I recommend him and feel confident in recognizing and recommending his service. I believe you will too. -
This tree care company is the best of the best. They are knowledgeable in evaluating and determining exactly what you need in tree care. They proceed with care and caution to protect the surrounding areas, to prevent damage or injury from falling tree limbs. They are also friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone who is knowledgeable, or not so knowledgeable about tree care and maintenance.

Outstanding service from ArborMD and Doug Hagee!
I’ve had an excellent experience working with ArborMD, especially with Doug Hagee. Doug is proactive, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. He consistently goes above and beyond — always anticipating needs, providing expert advice, and following through with exceptional communication. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about his clients.
I highly recommend ArborMD to anyone looking for a tree care company that’s responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable. Doug sets the standard for professionalism in this industry! -
The company started at 6:00 am in the morning. Who cares about sleeping people .

NO YOU DIDN’T. LIAR.
I didn’t received even a phone call, let alone any inspection or replacement.
(Somehow didn’t find a way to directly respond to their response so making another comment) -
Summary:
I had a extremely disappointing experience with Arbor MD. Despite giving clear instructions not to cut back a specific tree in my backyard, the company ignored my request, causing irreversible damage to an important tree. I cannot recommend their services due to poor communication, disregard for my instructions, and irreversible damage
Clear Instructions Ignored:
A month prior to their visit, I explicitly told Doug not to cut back a specific tree in my backyard and how important that was. He acknowledged my request and assured me he would confirm what could and couldn’t be cut on the day of service.
Failure to Communicate:
Doug was supposed to arrive at 8 AM to confirm everything with me before starting work. Instead, one of his workers arrived earlier and immediately began cutting the tree I had explicitly told them not to touch. Doug gave him instructions on the phone and there was a miscommunication. Doug arrived late due to traffic.
While the company acknowledged the mistake and apologized, the damage cannot be undone. The tree was a beautiful centerpiece in my backyard, providing wonderful shade that visitors used to compliment. Unfortunately, it will never grow back the same.
