Very thorough service. Helped me with two problems all in one visit. Pricing was very reasonable. Andrew was very nice and respectful of my home and got everything working well again.

I have used Proper Plumbing for small and larger jobs. They are always efficient, honest, respectful of my home and on time, or they call to let me know if they are running late from another job. They installed new faucets in the whole house and also put in a new clean out drain for my kitchen sink.

Clint was amazing, let me know ahead of time when he would be arriving and showed up on time.
He was quick to diagnose and gave me pricing options that worked with my budget and got to work right away.
I also appreciated his friendly demeanor!!

I live up in Ramona. Proper Plumbing was quickly available to provide the best estimate and even offered options to repair my cracked sewer line. They offered to add a cleanout, but we found another one further up the line. The repair was fast and they even put the dirt back to cover the repair. So far so good on the repair.

Wow! Proper Plumbing’s service blew me away! Different from any company I’ve ever dealt with. They were on time (actually early). Called me to let me know they were on their way. I had a leak under my concrete slab. They walked me through the whole process step by step. Provided upfront pricing so I knew what I was getting into. I even had different options to choose from on how to have the repair done! With the discounts provided in the 3rd option, I chose to upgrade and have the whole main line replaced! Our tech, Clint was very honest and straightforward! Highly recommended!

I had a leak behind my shower wall. I hired a local plumber and he said he couldn't fix it without redoing all the lines. He was a scammer. But. Luckily I found Proper Plumming. They were quick to get to me and he fixed the leak in about an hour or so. He just needed to change some and fittings. Super nice too. I highly recommend Proper Plumbing.

Our water heater went out on a Saturday, having 4 kids you can imagine how devastating that may be! I called Proper Plumbing in a complete panic, the sweet lady who answered made me feel at ease at got a tech out THAT DAY!!! The tech Clint was so unbelievablely nice, and so knowledgeable also very clean. By the end of the day on Saturday we had a brand new water heater (very fair in price too I might add) and we all got hot showers!!! Scott and his team are top tier!!!! We will never use another plumbing company. Thanks proper plumbing!

I had a slab leak and called Proper Plumbing. Although Scott was working at another job, he came over and capped off the leak so that we could still have water in the rest of the house - until he was able to come out and do a permanent fix. Reached out to Proper Plumbing and the receptionist was compassionate and explained the process from start to finish. The technician Clint was here in a timely manner. Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Explained the process in precise detail. The Service Manager Steve or Stevie (drawing a blank) made sure we understood our options and was hands-on in the repair as well. Everything was done in matter of a few hours which was awesome!

Scott and the team from Proper plumbing helped me out several years ago. I think it was a faucet and pressure valve that needed replacing. While I don’t remember exactly what they did, I do remember their awesome service. Scott came out at short notice, was professional, was really reasonably priced and did excellent work. I highly recommend Scott and the proper plumbing team.

I recently had my water heater replaced and a complete re-pipe done and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish the service was excellent. The plumber arrived on time and was incredibly professional throughout the entire process.
They took the time to explain the work being done e and answered all my questions which made me feel confident in the service. The installation was completed efficiently and they left everything clean and tidy afterward.
