i was having trouble with my dryer taking too long to dry clothes, and my vacuum just couldn't handle the vent cleaning. after checking, i discovered a bees nest had made itself at home in the outside dryer vent. i reached out to k.p. carpet cleaning, and they were ready to come out and clean my vent the same day! since i was at work, they scheduled a time that fit my availability. the team did a fantastic job cleaning my vent, which was quite dirty and had that bees nest. they even tidied up the area afterward! the price was lower than other quotes i received, too! i'm extremely satisfied with the service and will certainly reach out to them again in the future!
