I called Magnolia because the upstairs AC unit wasn’t working. Air wasn’t coming out of the vents. Ken the technician arrived as expected. He diagnosed the issue and R&R’d the blower within an 1hr 30min. Within that time, he also checked out the condenser to make sure it was working properly. Ken was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Very happy with Magnolia and will definitely use them if I have any HVAC issues in the future.

I’ve had a Magnolia ac system installed in my home 10 years ago . They have always been professional and courteous with the services they provide. Recently I notice my ac would run longer and not cool as much as it used to. I appreciate Magnolia on how well they keep in contact with exciting customers and communicate via text/email . I worked with Kirk who came out to check my ac system and was very professional and well experienced technician . Kirk was very knowledgeable with my ac systems and even informed me on new systems out in the market. What I appreciate the most is he was able to give me a variety of options and was very upfront and honest of whether to repair or possibly replace in the near future. Kirk was able to get my house cooling again and I am probably looking into replacing my ac in the near future. I am thinking of going with a mini split system which will help avoid replacing the original duct work that my home currently has and need los replacing thus saving me money with a new system instead of placing a band aid on my old system that is out of warranty. Definitely recommend Magnolia Heating and Cooling it is one of the few family owned businesses in the IE and very professional. Highly recommend giving them a call.

I called up Magnolia because my AC was having issues cooling my home. They sent out Jesse to check the system. It was about to go out. I asked him if they install new systems and he referred me to Bobby. Bobby was able to come out the same day and gave us 3 quotes for a new system. i opted for the most efficient system and the financing was a breeze. He also dropped off a couple of portable AC units to help out until the new system could be installed. 2 weeks later the installation team came out and completed the install in a day. There was an issue with the heat pump not working and Magnolia replaced it with a brand new one the following morning. Then they sent out another tech for a quality assurance check about a week later. Mike was able to fine tune the system and it works amazing now! We’ll definitely be customers for life! I highly recommend Magnolia heating and cooling.

Andy was our HVAC Technician that performed the scheduled maintenance service on our system. He sent us a message with his ETA and arrived promptly. He was professionally dressed, courteous, and friendly. When he was finished performing the service he went over his findings and provided helpful recommendations to keep our system operating at maximum efficiency.

Had an issues with my AC that turned off on Sunday morning out of the blue. I called the company which they were closed so I left a message. I got a text message after leaving the voicemail that they acknowledged my call. Monday morning right before 8am I get a phone call from Sarah regarding my issues and I believe she wanted to send someone out the same day. I scheduled my appointment for Wednesday between 12pm-2pm and the technician called me to let me know he was around the corner so I can put my dogs in the house. The technician found out the issue right away and since I was due for my maintenance he was able to do the maintenance call right away. Ken was very knowledgeable and showed me what he was doing step by step. For my next maintenance service I’m going to request him! This is someone you would want to have on your team. Give that man a R A I S E ! ! ! !

Overall I’m happy with Magnolia services, everyone that I’ve talked to in the company from the office department, sales rep, installer and service technician’s are awesome!

Our system shut down unexpectedly on Sunday night before Labor day. Forecast was for 100°+. We called Magnolia Heating and Cooling on Labor day. They were there by 930AM on Labor day to fix it (service rep: Damian). It was a connection within the unit that caused the shutdown. Technically it was 'out of warranty' but Magnolia Heating and Cooling fixed it at no charge. Outstanding service! Outstanding technical expertise by Damian! Thank You Magnolia Heating and Cooling!!! Very great and easy experience! We had a time sensitive issue and they were able to squeeze us in that day. When the technician DIEGO showed up, he was on time, polite, and professional. After he was finished he explained everything very clearly and answered all of our many questions. He asked and clarified to find out our exact concerns and addressed them all.

Recently had a heating & cooling check up with Magnolia Heating & Cooling. The technician Diego did a great job & was very open about explaining various aspects of my home’s heating & cooling system.
