They're my top choice for reliable home electrical services - they treat their customers like part of the family.

They were extremely accommodating and conveniently supplied the right part. From now on, they're my go-to supplier for HVAC needs, outshining even Amazon.

Highly recommend this electric supply store for its excellent customer service. Staff are extremely helpful, making it a pleasure to shop here. They also stock great lighting options, like the 4" and 6" color tunable down lights, which I've heard are top-notch.

AC repair pros stepped up on 9/9/24, saving the day when my air con died! It was scorching hot and these guys had the right parts to get it up and running again - talk about lifesavers! This is the second time they've bailed me out. Thanks, TW HVAC and Henry, for being reliable and trustworthy - you're the real MVPs.

Good service, very friendly staff. Times have changed and we adapted during Covid, but are now back to normal. I'd recommend them.

The customer service was excellent, with professional responses to all my questions. The staff went above and beyond by helping me select the right product and even assisting an elderly person who needed guidance in their native language - Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish and Vietnamese are all spoken here.

I was a bit hesitant to reach out to this business, given their predominantly Chinese-speaking staff and focus on professional clients. However, my needs were simple - an AC outdoor unit replacement and some fuses. A representative who spoke English helped me, indicating that I should wait outside. He then created an invoice, which another person brought out to me with the necessary parts. The price was reasonable, which put a smile on my face. Overall, it got the job done, even if customer service could be improved.

A plethora of electronic components arrived.

The company only takes orders over the phone, which would've been helpful if they'd posted it earlier so I wouldn't have wasted a trip to the store.

Service was excellent, with good manners.

Bought stuff, got ripped off with inflated prices for the same thing, even bought it twice and the price was different each time. They're taking advantage of Chinese customers. Wish the owner would read this and manage their staff better.

Highly inconvenient and excessive restocking fees charged.

Customer service is non-existent. Can't even get inside the store without being harassed. Bought a "pack" containing a 200 amp main panel, was quoted $660, but had to negotiate down to $764. Staff seem to have no English proficiency - it's a major barrier for doing business. They're clearly unaccommodating foreigners who don't care about customers.

I've had a disastrous experience with TW's customer service. From the moment I approached them, I was met with hostility and indifference. One representative asked me what I needed, but his tone came across as dismissive and condescending. He then bluntly stated that they didn't have what I was looking for, and his body language seemed to say "leave now." This rep's behavior was particularly gruff and authoritarian.

When I approached another rep, I was met with even greater hostility. He barely acknowledged my presence, just nodding his head in a dismissive gesture of "no". It was clear that he wasn't interested in helping me and wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. I'm appalled by the lack of courtesy shown by these representatives, regardless of their language proficiency. Their behavior was not only unprofessional, but it also seemed to be rooted in prejudice, making it impossible for me to feel welcome or supported.

I was misled when I bought something that was supposedly out of stock. Hours later, someone else walked away with what I wanted. When I tried to exchange it, the company refused. They were trying to offload excess inventory by lying about their stock levels and tricking customers into buying unwanted items.

UPDATE: Later, they claimed I had refused to provide my phone number, even though I'd already paid for the item and they wouldn't exchange it. It doesn't make sense to ask for a phone number at this point. If you're going to ship something later in the day, be honest about it and let customers know when to expect it. Instead, your company waited until after I made the purchase and then refused to exchange it. This isn't an honest business practice.
