Professionalism and does good work

Excellent work; personable...great prices, great experience!

A Plus Services replaced the furnace unit in my attic, I don't know how they managed it but they got my old unit out, and the new one in, and you would never even know they were there. The new unit works like it should. All 3 repairmen were courteous and knowledgeable, and also took the time to explain everything. I 100% recommend A Plus Services Heating & Air.

I have used their services multiple times over the years. Always through my home warranty, and any issues I’ve had have been with the home warranty and not them. Well, this past Saturday my AC went out, right as were going into a heatwave of 106 degrees. Home warranty claim submitted on Saturday night, and AC completely repaired by Tuesday morning. Great service!!!!

Overall expereince was good. There were some scheduling challenges but Carlos the owner stepped in and assigned our technician "Miguel". Miguel communicated very promptly, he came to our home, diagnosed the problem, then drove to get to the supplier to get our parts. He came back the next day and installed the parts and got our AC up & running again. Kudos to Miguel, Carlos and the A Plus services team.

Carlos was helpful, and professional as were his employees that installed my fathers air handler. He answered all of our questions and communicated many times on our behalf with our home warranty. We had a positive experience with his company and would recommend them and use them again.

Well A Plus Services showed up at my house as scheduled so that was good but when the technician inspected my HVAC system he said the repair would be too hard because of the tight space in the attic and left so I really can't tell you how the service was. I can say that upon hiring another HVAC company the problem was not even in the attic.

After one month of delaying my work, I confronted them and their agent literally fought with me over the phone. I was baffled by their customer service. I would hate to recommend this company as long as there is another company that can do the same thing.

This business hires aggressive and roadraging drivers. Their driver did an aggressive pass(near miss)in retaliation just because the cyclist had legal right to the road and was in his way.
The worker was in his company truck with his company logos, phone number and Rheem advertisements. Beware! Do not do business with them.
Legal law says the driver is to give the cyclist 3 FT when passing safely. The cycling community and now the world will know what kind of business you choose to run.
Absolutely way out of line.
Disciplinary action is warranted against the driver/employee.

I had my unit replaced in September 2019 by this company for around 8k. We didn’t use the AC much after that so when we used it summer 2020, it would work but on really hot days, it would shut off and only blow hot air. The house would get to 90-95 degrees and it was miserable. Had them come out in 2020 for them to spray the unit down with my hose and say it was because there is dirt in my backyard that’s why the unit doesn’t work…ok? He was very rude. So it’s never worked correctly and when there have been heat waves, we have to make arrangements to stay elsewhere (super inconvenient with 3 kids). So summer 2023 I got tired of this and had another company come out. Well the lines from the unit in the house to the unit outside were never replaced and were too small for the new unit that was replaced. We had the lines replaced for another 3k and guess what?! It worked all summer of 2023 with no issues. No more shutting off and blowing out hot air. During the brutal heat waves it actually worked. This company was recommended to me by my dad and he has since stopped recommending them to anyone.

Do not recommend!! Company came out 4 times to repair our heater. First said it was a temp problem, then said a inducer motor issue and still heater isn’t working properly. Seems like the company is just throwing parts at the system. Didn’t confirm the complaint properly by checking the thermostat inside the house before checking the unit up top and had horrible service when called. Guy just wanted to argue on the phone and not listen to the customers complaint. Avoid a bad experience and look for a better company

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I have never ever heard of such unprofessionalism. Screaming on the phone, sending drunk technicians 4 hours later, claiming he got in a car accident only for the tech to show up drunk, unprofessional and clueless. They stole a part out of our unit instead of checking it out and running a diagnostic test that we requested. When the tech called my sister and said said hello and he began to speak and go into details she asked “I’m sorry who is this?” To which he responds “who do you think it is” later we call his boss together. Carlos, is yelling at us and telling us we have been difficult to work with.. we have elderly parents in Modesto who’s AC was blowing air, and now because they stole a part and won’t work with us our parents will be without AC completely in 104 plus degrees. Please read these reviews! We wish we did but we were told this is a contractor from our warranty company! SCAM ARTIST SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Edit- to you responding to a google review in less than 24 hours and twisting the narrative so much… idk how you’re still in business but I promise you I will make sure you’re not. This is not a threat, this is a promise. We don’t want anyone to lie we want our parents to be comfortable, I have ring camera footage to prove it, I have documentation and text messages to prove it. I’ll see you in court and business bureau will be in touch.
