Couldn’t recommend these guys more! I had Mitsubishi minispits installed in a house and they were highly professional and respectful. They quoted us at a very good price. The project manager and Alfonso walked us through the whole process before the start of the project which I later found doesn’t always happen with contractors. Unlike a lot of other contractors, they are punctual with their schedule and respected the timeline. They removed the old furnace unit, kept the area clean after each day of work and left the area clean after the project. Units are superb, heating and cooling system is wonderful. And they do very clean work and I would definitely call them for any of my future hvac needs! Appreciate these guys and how fast they installed it!

Pablo and Alfonso were amazing to work with. We coordinated with Pablo for a minisplit quote and went through options of where the units could be placed inside and where the condenser could be placed outside. He took his time to explain pros and cons for locations and considerations for the house that was built in 1906. I talked with other vendors as well and Quality HVAC made the most sense given Pablo’s expertise, his clear communication style, his honest approach and clear quote. He is very detailed oriented, listens, and will address your concerns.

Coordinating the install went so smoothly. Alfonso was running the show for the installation and he was considerate, polite, communicative, and funny. They worked non-stop for several days and then ran through everything with me to make sure I was comfortable using the units. They vacuumed up everything and left the house spotless.

Pablo and Alfonso helped remove our old unit and reroute a drain gutter and took care of all the details so that I didn’t have to do anything.

The units are working perfectly and are so nice! Pablo and Alfonso are amazing to work with and you will have a fun experience, high quality work, great prices, and HEAT or AC!!!!

Quality HVAC is an incredible partner. My HVAC stopped heating my home while my wife and baby son were home. They came same day and fixed the issue. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They even included a video for how I can fix the issue in the future.

Palo is a very kind and arrived on time for his diagnostic on my furnace. He is very knowledgable about the furnace and HVAC system and said his honest option and made sure he didn't want me to waste money, I appreciate his honest! He is great and I will contact him again if I need service in the future, I highly recommend !

Our furnace had issues with a strong burnt smell on a Friday night, which happened to be one of the coldest nights. I explained to Pablo that the filter had recently been replaced, so it wasn’t the cause, and that the burnt smell was very strong.

He scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 10 a.m. and arrived on time. After inspecting the furnace, he explained that the fan wasn’t working and the circuit board was out. He walked me through what happened and completed all repairs within about 2–3 hours.

Pablo was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything. Highly recommend
