So far so good. I researched on line and Air Plus consistently had good reviews so decided to go with them to replace old HVAC system. Kevin came to the house and laid out our options. Two techs and the owner came out July 3 and spent all day working. It seems to be a great improvement to what we had. Everything is working as it should be at the moment. The employees were nice and professional. I would recommend Air Plus Heating and Cooling.

The installation team included the owner (Jim), Andrew and Eric. They worked together seamlessly, to install a heat pump and three split units in our house. They were very knowledgeable regarding older houses and electrical circuits, and they weren't afraid to go into the crawl space under the house. They literally ran up against a wall (!) but completed the job in the promised two days, and left the place spotless. We are already enjoying our new air/heating units!

This company was top notch. It was easy to contact the company and schedule a maintenance appointment. The serviceman provided a heads up on arrival time and arrived on time. He immediately got to work, figured out the issues, purchased and installed a non operable part that prevented my home from properly cooling in under three hours. The company takes several forms of payment and I received detailed invoice and receipt via email immediately after payment. Super happy.

Arrived ahead of time, did a thorough job of servicing the Trane was professional, friendly and efficient.

My neighbor recommended them. Their technicians were thorough and honest. They showed me each step of their work. I had previously used Another company to do this work, whose technicians wanted to add extra items for no benefit at triple the cost. so, I appreciated these guys with Air Plus who did their job well and didn't try to con me into more unnecessary items.

We recently used Air Plus to get AC and a new furnace installed in our new home, and they did a great job. Eric, Andrew, Ozzy, and Jim did our install, and they were very professional! They arrived on time, and worked hard every single day of our 3 day install. Our house gave them some trouble (the house is from the 50s, so small crawl spaces, very low roof over our additions, that kind of thing), but they definitely rose to the occasion and put in extra work to get it done. They even created some custom components for us so that we could get air into the whole house! They were also very good at maintaining communication about what was happening with the job as they ran into these hiccups and challenges that our house threw at them. I'm so glad they were able to make it work! It's been a couple of weeks now and everything has been running smoothly, and I'm so much more comfortable in my new home now. Thank you Air Plus!

After failed attempts to turn on our furnace over a weekend we contacted Air Plus Heating and Cooling on a Monday morning. They had a busy schedule that day but managed to fit us in for a service call that afternoon.
Air Plus kept us apprised of the appointment - confirming the time and sending a photo of the technician, Andrew, who arrived on time to help. Andrew was pleasant and easy going. He explained everything that he was doing while diagnosing the problem, which I thought was an inducer motor, but after a thorough inspection and running through trouble shooting protocols, it turned out to be a zone control. The part was called in and ordered that day and Andrew returned to install the new part, which solved the problem. We could not be happier with the prompt and professional service we received from Andrew and the whole staff at Air Plus. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them highly to anyone having HVAC problems.

I had an excellent experience with Air Plus. They installed a new furnace and completely new system of ductwork, supply outlets and return. Their plan for the layout of the system was excellent, maximizing its efficiency while limiting the visual impact on our home. Each placement was well considered. The ductwork in our attic takes less space than previously, increasing our storage area. Each team member was friendly and professional. Pricing was reasonable. Scheduling was easy; they showed up on time, worked hard and completed the job in the two-day time frame as planned. All in all, a great experience and I highly recommend Air Plus.

I contacted Air Plus back in late June for a diagnostic on my AC unit that I needed to replace. I was quoted a very reasonable price and decided to go forward with the installation. It took another month for my HOA to approve the install, however I was able to quickly schedule an appointment w/ Air Plus once I got the green light. I am very pleased with the work they performed. They installed a new Goodman Air handle and heat pump which is significantly quieter than the previous AC/heater unit I had, and replaced all my vents so the new vents would be open facing forward. I even got a new nest thermostat which they took the time to explain how to use. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and extremely professional, prompt, and thorough in his response to my questions. Ralph, Andrew and the rest of the team were great and respectful, and they made sure to vacuum any and all drywall/messes left behind. I would definitely recommend their services! I also plan to continue with the yearly maintenance with them. The pups and I are very grateful for the cool air. Thank you!

Hire them! Seriously, the best contractors I've ever hired.
Median pricing, on time, and communicative. I ended up having a very long approval process for a new electrical box with SDGE, but as soon as it was in Air Plus was there installing my new AC system. They were professional, super clean, and the owner was on site making sure I had the best set up. After everything was installed, they spent at least 90 minutes warming and cooling my house, confirming my system was working correctly. Then, someone stayed after to make sure my thermostat was set correctly. Amazing service, I'd recommend them to everyone.

Air Plus was great from start to finish, and every single person we interacted with was professional and easy to work with. The quoting process with Kevin was smooth and competitive, and the installation went well. We got another quote from another company that came in a little lower, but we were much more comfortable with the professionalism Kevin showed. Well, Kevin ended up matching the quote, making it an easy decision.

After scheduling the initial install, I had to reschedule due to some things that came up on our end. When I called, the person I spoke with (I think it was Kim) was understanding and made it easy to adjust the dates without any hassles at all.

The whole installation crew, including Eric, Osvaldo, and Andrew (and anyone else I may have missed!), were knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. They checked in to make sure we were happy with the placement of equipment and were proactive in giving us a heads up about any loud noise or strange odors.

We are very happy with the end result and highly recommend the entire team!

my tech discovered a problem during a routine maintenance. The part was ordered and the repair was done quickly. I have been using Air Plus for several Years and have always been satisfied with the service I have received.

I used Air Plus Heating and Cooling to replace an old heating and air-conditioning system. I had three estimates and went with Air Plus because of their professionalism, competitive price, and the Consumer Report recommendations for their particular heat pump brand. I was working with Kevin to order, purchase, and coordinate the installation. He was very attentive, answered my emails and phone calls right away, and was a wealth of knowledge. I had to work the day they did the installation, so my neighbor who was also getting the same unit, let the workers into my condo. When I got home there was no indication that anyone had been there, except for the new thermostat on the wall. My neighbor commented how hard everyone worked, how many stairs they had to climb, and how difficult it was to remove the old equipment from the ceiling. I appreciate their hard work and excellent service!!

Andrew was on time, remembered our situation, diagnosed a complicated mini split problem and corrected it. He also noticed that we needed custom intake filters and measured for them. They will create and install at another appointment. A+ Again! Update from 6 month service. Andrew brought associate Bobby to help this time. Same great, friendly, thorough service of our 5 minisplits , but even faster with two technicians. Fabulous, will repeat in the Spring. Very satisfied! Thanks again!

Andrew came promptly, spent a long time diagnosing the problem, all for the fixed price of a diagnostic visit. Sooner than I expected, he came back with the ordered part and, together with Eric, repaired our system effectively.

We used this service a second time, when someone else has caused an error in the system. The AirPlus guys came soon and rapidly got the problem diagnosed and repaired.

I am adding a new review: Air Plus does a regular check up and tune up of our heating and cooling system twice a year, keeping everything running smoothly. They are reliable and neat.

We were very impressed by the quick response and quality service provided by Air Plus. After informing Kim Warner of our concerns regarding the loud noise coming from our heater, she was able to schedule Andrew Booth to come to our house and assess the issue we were having. We very much appreciate the quick response by Air Plus and the noise is now gone after Andrew cleaned the system and reset the system. Thank you very much for your quality customer care!

Love my new Trane Heat Pump system from Air Plus. I have used them for repairs in the past, and they are always prompt, fairly priced and thorough. They keep things organized and leave the work spaces clean when they’re finished. Jim, Kim and Brandon give great service from the home office, and Jim showed up on the job site to make sure things are perfect. Andrew and the experienced crew did a fine job on the installation, and follow-up was fantastic. Jim even came back to calibrate my new thermostat. The slim-line design of the outside unit is a real plus, too. Five stars!
