I have a huge project involving complete cleanup and sanitizing my entire 1600-foot crawl space, that was decimated by raccoons and stray cats. It was like a tornado has gone through, all floor insulation and heating ductwork were torn and destroyed.
I have called 4 companies that specialize in craw space cleanup. Three of these gave me estimates without visiting the site. The other one scheduled me for January 2024, three months away.
I contacted Som, the owner of Blue Oak Heat, who met up with me for 3 hours to inspect my decimated crawl space.
Without going too much in details, Som and his team have paid so much attention to details in completing the huge project in a very professional and efficient manner. We are very satisfied, as more issues were discovered along the way. Som took care of it all.
Som and his crew are very proficient. Rest assured. I strongly recommend his services for all A/C, plumbing, and related electrical work.

I hired Som of Blue Oak Heating and Cooling to install a heat pump unit. I couldn't be more pleased with his work. Som was professional, friendly and knowledgable throughout the process. He arrived and completed the project when he said he would and his quote and final price matched. He was very thoughtful, wearing booties inside the house and coveralls whilst having to crawl underneath the home. The areas where he had to work were left clean. Som went above and beyond installing the heating system in the garage by making all the piping neat and orderly. I didn't think of how the overall unit would look prior to hiring Som but the garage and exterior unit and its included piping is very tidy and the space used was minimal. I highly recommend Blue Oak Heating for your HVAC needs.

From 1st contact to "install complete" Som was a straight shooter, good communicator and did a great job installing my new 2-room mini-split system. Said what he was going to do and then did it. No drama, quality work. I'm very pleased.

Blue Oak Heating and cooling have done several things at my house. Som (the owner) was always on time and provided an accurate estimate. He has the tools and knowledge to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems. The work was well done, the price was as quoted, and he cleaned up after he was done.

Blue Oak Heating & Cooling go above and beyond! They are extremely hard workers and very friendly too!

Today they were working all day at my parents house helping to fix their AC which stopped working. My Dad wasn’t feeling well today and had a ton of 40lb salt bags for their pool in the back of their car. At the end of a very long hot work day, the 3 guys unloaded all the salt bags and carried them to the pool area for my parents who are in their 70s.

Because of their kind and courteous service that far exceeded our expectations, I will forever now be calling Blue Oak Heating and Cooling for all of our needs!

I couldn't be any happier with Blue Oak Heating and Cooling. I followed a recommendation from the Next Door neighbor app and so glad I did. Som, the owner, did a great job replacing the heater duct beneath my old house that had been compromised by rates(!) and never complained about the tight crawl space. He's a very good-natured guy, professional, and offered fair priced options for me to choose from. Also, he got the job done the day before Thanksgiving. Critical timing for me after going without heat for some weeks prior, due to other professionals completely flaking on me. I highly recommend Som with Blue Oak Heating & Cooling and would definitely hire him again should the need arise.

Exceptional experience. We had a complete HVAC replacement and Blue Oak had it installed and operating in two days. It's operating perfectly and, most of the time, we never even hear it running. Highly recommend.

What a great experience with Som, owner of Blue Oak Heating & Service. We recently hired Som to install a minisplit system and to remove our HVAC. Som and Noah were detailed in their work, made sure to keep everything organized and clean, and did an excellent job with installation. They showed up when they said they would and finished within their timeline. The quality of work was excellent.
