This was my first time using World Appliance based on a recommendation from a neighbor. They were outstanding! Frank came out to service my washer and was very knowledgeable and also very personable. It was great that they had the part which was delivered within 30 minutes so that the washer could be fixed the same day.

A week later I had another issue come up and this time it was the water heater. Since World Appliance was great the first time, I called them again. Eric was sent out to address my problem. Eric was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. Their technicians are top notch!

Frank came and did a great job fixing the air on my washing machine. Highly recommend.

I had 2 servicemen come out to my home today and service the exhaust system for my dryer. Frank and Luis did an outstanding job. They cleaned my service area before they left. They advised me of additional information to make my equipment run better. Thank You

This is the second time I’ve worked directly with Frank (we’ve used World Appliance a few times before because they are reliable and trustworthy). Frank is very knowledgeable and helpful. He works hard and does his best to make sure you understand what’s going on with the appliance and what you can do to get the best out of your appliance. Frank came to fix our washer, but I also noticed he balanced out the dryer (it was wobbly and when he left, it wasn’t wobbly anymore!). World Appliance is the go-to company to call upon when you need something fixed.And when you have Frank coming by to work on your appliance, you are not only getting a great guy, you’re getting your money’s worth (and then some!).

I own a townhome and it came equipped with an electronic-start gas fireplace, made by Heatilator. It was only lighting intermittently and I looked for a repair company that would come out and look at it. No luck at all, until I called World Appliances. World Appliances was the ONLY company willing to come out to service it. Scheduling an appointment was easy, with a reasonable charge for the service call and I was given a time window for them to come out. I was also called when they were on their way. It couldn't be more convenient. Frank and Luis arrived and switched the fireplace on and off a few times. It wasn't until the 3rd time that the flames finally ignited. Frank explained that there was air in the line and that the air had to be purged before it would ignite the flames. He explained that whenever it happens, I should turn it on and off at the switch several times and where to look for the ignition spark. He explained that when the fireplace is not used regularly, air can build up in the line and it needs to be purged before it will light. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and taught me how to fix it if/when it happens again. Many thanks to Frank and Luis!

Wow! What a reliable company. I scheduled with them Monday to come out Wednesday because my furnace was not working. The technician Frank showed up early, and was amazing, he was able to assess the problem and fix my furnace the same day. Frank was honest and down to earth, I would recommend this company for your HVAC and appliance repair needs.

Frank & Luis were the best. I love my washing machine & they diagnosed the issue immediately. ♥️

Only use World Appliance do any repairs or dryer vent cleaning. My HOA had a company come through and clean dryer duct. Had to call Frank at world appliance to fix the mess they made. Frank is spreading his vast knowledge on a new employee Luis. Both were professional. Never try to upsell you.

I would highly recommend World Appliance to service/repair all of your appliance needs. I have recently had Victor, Frank and Luis to our home to repair our dishwasher and refrigerator and am happy to say that both appliances are working as good as new. They got the repairs done in a timely manner and were very personable and neat. I will definitely call World Appliance again next time we have a repair to be done, they are top notch!

Went in to World Appliances today in hopes they would have the Maytag part I needed to get my washer back up and running. John assisted me at the counter, he was both friendly and professional. They had my part in stock and at a great price, they saved my week. I will definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others in the community. Thanks again!

We found our new and forever appliance repair company! Frank was awesome- friendly, professional, and by the time he was done, it felt like a family friend had just fixed our range. The cost of the repair was transparent and reasonable, and he thoroughly explained what wasn’t working and how he was going to fix it. He didn’t have the replacement part in his van, but he was able to have it delivered to our home within 15 minutes so he could fix our range the same day. Before he left, he checked to make sure everything was working as it should to ensure the job was complete. If you’re in need of an appliance repair, I would highly recommend World Appliance and more specifically, Frank.

I got did a great job. Our stove clicked and clicked after it was lit. We’ve had other repair people out here to fix it, but Victor took the time to figure out what the source of the problem was.

The technicians Frank and Luis were very nice and professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to get our dryer working again. I fully recommend World Appliance for any appliance repair issues. We have used then before and the service has always been great.

Frank is the "Stove Whisperer". My burner had a lazy flame and Frank looked at it and said the burner head was worn. How does a stationary part wear out? I went ahead and had him order the part and to my suprise that was the problem!! How he could tell was beyond me. I've used World over the past years and have always been satisfied. I plan to call Frank again for my refrigerator that makes ice for a month and then just stops. I believe that will be money well spent.

My refrigerator wasn't making ice so I called and asked to send Frank to check out the problem. He used his phone to get the latest service bulletins and he thoroughly checked the ice maker. He found the water fill tube frozen and he thawed it out. Bottom line this is a unrepairable issue resulting from from the design of the unit. He recommended I cycle the fill tube defrost occasionally. I now have a full tray of ice. Money well spent.
