We were provided a prompt reply (over the weekend) followed up with professional and friendly service during our furnace replacement project. The quote was reasonable too.

Katie is always a friendly, helpful voice when you call Comphel. She is quick to get our problem resolved. Brandon is a great technician, making sure everything is right, taking person pride in his work.

Mini Split Installation. We are very pleased with the service they provided. The price was fair. There were no hidden charges and we didn't get talked into any equipment we didn't need. The work was clean and fast. We talked to several other companies and we are very happy that we chose Comphel to install our system.

Our house has been heated only by a wood stove for 40 years. It's not getting easier to haul wood up 2 flights of stairs so we looked into a mini-split. Chad from Comphel came out, gave a good estimate and explanation on how they work.

Installer crew -- Jarrod & Erin (?) showed up on time and finished in one day -- they were great. Fast & efficient. Voila! Heat. Yay. There was a slight glitch in that we needed an expanded 220v breaker which took 10 days to ship. Had to wire to our dryer circuit.

Brandon came today -- through deep snow here -- and, with only a small headache hassle (parts never fit perfectly on old breaker boxes...), installed it and all working perfectly. And also thanks to the ever-friendly Katie in the office! Anyway, great folks and the Mitsubishi mini-split, which is what they install, is highly rated by Wired Magazine too.

These guys are great. Friendly, professional, informative and honest. They installed a new A/C system in our cabin and added ducting to the upper floor. The job was done well: neatly and efficiently. Our cabin is so much cooler in the summer now.

Our 25 yr old furnace died on us. Chad and the team were able to get a new 2-stage american standard furnace ordered and installed in just a matter of days. Everyone was very informative, polite, and professional. It's so nice to have heat again. Thank you for the great job.

Comphel was a real pleasure to deal with, we worked with them to get a new heat pump (American Standard brand). They took the time to explain what our options were. One thing I like is that they spoke respectfully of other HVAC companies in the area - they don't trash talk the competition or anything like that.

Our 3 ton unit has been quite impressive so far, for our 1500 square foot house. One hot day last summer I let it run full blast for 2 or 3 hours - just as an experiment - and I recall it got the house temperature down to 40 degrees less than the outside air. Sweet! Not that I would do that most days, but it's nice to know we've got that in reserve. Thanks Comphel!

So responsive! The owner Chad took my lack of heat in our home personal and showed up on a Sunday to make repairs! Saturday, my wife and kids were cold in the house, Sunday after Comphel left, the kids were sweating that night! Pretty awesome customer service

Comphel heating is the best! They came out after hours, on a 95 degree day. It was way too hot for this old lady and her pets, but Justin got the job done quickly and left the area clean and neat. He was informative about the importance of regular maintenance for the equipment to keep from having issues at a bad time. I’ll always call Comphel.

My swamp cooler was broken, i called Comphel and Justin came out to look at it. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and soon had it up and running very smoothly. Justin is awesome, it was a pleasure dealing with Comphel. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Comphel consistently does an exceptional job. This week we had a motor go out on our swamp cooler and we have 15-20 guests coming up for the weekend. They got the new motor in a day and came out and got it installed and the cooler up and running again.
I would absolutely recommend them!
