here's my review for choice west sacramento chimney cleaning after getting our chimney checked out. what a fantastic job jonah and samuel did! samuel was super knowledgeable and detailed when setting up our appointment and explained everything about the process. he made it easy to understand what would happen, and kept in touch the whole time. he was very friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. when it was time for the actual inspection, jonah was just as professional and helpful. he found a pretty serious gas leak in our fireplace that came from the builder barely tightening the fuel line. on top of that, the fireplace wasn't sealed right, so strong winds could easily blow out the flame. since we use our fireplace a lot, it was a relief to have someone catch these problems before they turned into something dangerous. we'd sometimes smell gas before but had no idea where it was coming from, so learning it was a simple fix made us feel much better. i really appreciate how both jonah and samuel took the time to explain everything and showed real concern for our safety. it's rare to find people this thorough and caring these days. if you need your chimney or fireplace checked, i highly recommend them. five stars for sure!
