Girls that work there are grumpy and overworked. What I'm Trying to say is that they're awesome. Times cost plus might not have everything you need but for the most part they do in the girls that work in the store in Arvada are awesome. They're gonna give you c*** and joke with you So kind of feels like a place you want to go. Great place for Eaton Cutler hammer at a great price

By far the best electrical supply house this side of town! Not only is the staff here 100% on point, but they are super helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! TJ is probably one of the best guys around to get help from! Even if you show up before your order does he'll start gathering your parts while you wait 10/10 stars! Thanks guys!

Worst store of all cost plus stores I've been to they never have anything there,

Both Lowe's and home Depot employ a real electrician to answer questions and know what they're selling you is correct. You would think an electric supply company would have an electrician also but apparently they don't. And they promptly let you know that they are not electricians. They're also very snarky when you ask any kind of question about electrical supply components. Isn't that what they sell? Not to me anymore.

Extreme lack of professionalism.
Dude working was chewing his cheek couldn't look me in the eye longer then a second and had know knowledge or direction. Just swinging bobblehead mumbling no to anything spoken to him.

If I could rate this place a zero star I would. Simply the worst customer service ever. Also if you're looking for something in stock look elsewhere you are better off going to home depot since you have to go on a scavenger hunt to find anything anyways.
