hello! i recently changed from oil heating to a heat pump system! it's only been a short while but i am really, really pleased. first impressions: the heat is quieter, i'm feeling better physically (i'm not sleeping with harsh hot air being forced into my room because the heat pump provides a slow and steady flow of heat). concerning quotes: i gathered four and theirs was the most competitive! i'm so happy i chose them. the technicians (apologies, i can't recall their names - let's call them jay and todd) were super knowledgeable, efficient and very courteous. i'm thrilled with the results and so thankful to be done with oil heating. in short: their work is top-notch. would absolutely go for them again, no hesitation. (a note for those who worry: i'll update this review if anything changes, but no news from me means everything's still fantastic).

Jay called to let me know he was on his way for my furnace repair. I explained the issue with the furnace not heating properly. He did several checks to find out what was wrong and figured out the problem was with the thermostat. He said he would order a new thermostat and check if it was under warranty. The new part was installed and it turned out the old one was still under warranty, so I didn’t have to pay extra. I really appreciate the excellent work and the money I saved. No complaints at all!
