I love HomeSmart, affordable, and fast to fix. I have been using them for years.

Luis Sanchez was wonderful. He was patient with my questions and eager to share his knowledge. He did not just checked on the furnace in my house but explained the basic of its operations and what to watch for in case of any troubles. Great and professional service. I would highly recommend Luis and I'll ask for him in my future service calls to HomeSmart. Many thanks Luis for the valuable lessons and professional work.

The service technician called me before the appointment to make sure he was getting the correct replacement part. I thought that was fantastic that he was getting the part before the appointment. That saved time and possibly prevented another appointment to be made. He was very professional and the repair was quick. He also gave me a tip on changing the bulb inside the oven. Thank you!

We've used Xcel Energy HomeSmart several times now. They are consistently on time, reliable and most importantly fix the problem every time. This company is more than worth the little monthly fee that's charged. We've actually saved so much money. You will not be disappointed!

Luis came out to service our A/C unit. He was friendly, knowledgeable and saved us an amazing amount of money that another service provider said we needed to spend on our A/C. We recommend Luis highly as well as XCEL Energy HomeSmart!!

I wasn't so sure about keeping HomeSmart until we started having problems with our furnace and Luis S. was sent out. He was excellent — professional, efficient and friendly — and our experience with Luis convinced us to stay with HomeSmart. (And yes, he fixed the problem quickly, rigging a temporary fix to keep us warm through a cold snap, and returning within 30 minutes after the parts arrived to install a permanent fix.) When the furnace stops working in a snowstorm, it's reassuring to have someone like Luis helping out.

I’ve had homesmart for two years and they have been so easy to work with. I’ve had repairs scheduled and maintenance work done, all with ease. It’s so worth the money. Unfortunately, they have paused new customer enrollment. Hope they can let more people join. Gives you complete piece of mind.

Great experience and support for installation of a new HVAC system.

We recently had to have our furnace repaired. Luis S. was the service provider who came to help us and we were very happy with the attention that he gave to the situation. After he made his first assessment, he regularly kept us updated about the part that he had to order before the final appointment was set. We appreciated that very much. He was very thorough, clean, and professional and if anything else should happen to the furnace we would want to work with him again.

Sam is always professional. He has been taking care of us for years. Sam is always on time. He is the best technician that we have had!!!

I’d like to take the opportunity to thank Luis Sanchez for his outstanding service here today on my air conditioning unit. He arrived exactly on time . He was so kind and professionally presented. Luis had to quickly change his approach as our landlord reported that this service call was for maintenance when actually it was for a repair. He kindly explained that he would need a bit more time to complete the repairs. He then went straight to work and shortly our air conditioning was working great. Additionally he competently explained what he had done and how we could better manage our system. My heater was not working. I called them. They schedule me the next day. The guy showed up very experienced very professional. He detected the problem solved it get the parts and he fixed it and it was working after two hours.

What a great value and comes with fantastic service. We had an issue with our furnace and we were able to get a tech scheduled to come out the next day! Won't know the outcome until it gets hot outside. However, our air conditioner was installed by professionals. These guys did a great job. Oh, and the price was right...
