LCS did a great job with our project. There were issues that happened that were out of their hands and very stressful and they managed it well. I would recommend them! Honest, hardworking, and communicative.

Gamiel and his crew(s) are absolutely incredible! They essentially gutted the top floor of my early 1900's house (electrical, plumbing, knocking out walls, etc.) and renovate while still keeping the character of the house. They also built a fantastic deck in the backyard, so they can truly do it all. I will definitely continue to work with them on any future projects!

The staff at LCS are great to work with. Some companies try to make construction seem complicated so they can surprise you with change orders after they get started, but at LCS it's the opposite. I've done multiple projects with them and they have always given me straightforward, detailed pricing and then done everything they can to stay within budget even as the unavoidable bumps in the road happen as they typically do on remodels. I have recommended them many times to friends and family and continue to do so.
