Higher Ground came well recommended and didn’t disappoint. Besides doing a great job of cleaning my carpet, upholstery and area rug, Amy was careful, organized,punctual, polite and cheerful. It was a pleasure to do business with her.

Amy and her team did a fantastic job on our carpets, area rug and even our very dirty leather couch. They were prompt and professional. I will definitely be using Higher Ground every year!

Amy is awesome! She works fast and detail oriented. The carpets look amazing and the musty smell is gone. I will definitely call her again for carpet cleaning down the road.

The technician, who is also the new owner, is very polite and knowledgeable about fabrics and carpets. She is a very hard worker. I will definitely use higher Ground Cleaning Services again for any carpet and upholstery cleaning! She also cleaned the grout between the stone in my foyer, laundry room and master bath. She did a fabulous job and it looks beautiful!

Amy is great at communicating what and when to expect service and then follows thru. She took an area rug that had old pet stains (now gone) and our upstairs, which hadn't been done for 10+ years.

This company is so reliable, fairly priced, and they communicate through texts and/or email and phone, so if they are running late or early you are notified. So far we've only met the owner, Amy, and she is so respectful and efficient. Her business continues to grow and we look forward to using her staff for cleaning our house. As the company grows, they continue to add services and make it a one stop shop for your cleaning needs! So glad we found Higher Ground Cleaning on the internet.

The best in every way. I had a lot of cleaning done, wall-to-wall carpet, area carpets, tile and upholstery. I just unrolled one of the area rugs that was cleaned and repaired due to moth damage. It was worth every penny, the rug looks and feels better than brand new. I love it.

Amy is amazing! I can honestly say this is by far the best cleaning service I have ever had. We have a light colored carpet and with pets, there is the occasional accident and just soiled areas where they tend to lie. The carpets look brand new and the scent of freshly cleaned carpets is wonderful. We had the soil protection added as well to help forestall further stains from "life". In addition to the wall to wall carpets, we had a large wool area rug cleaned and natural slate floors, too. Exemplary quality and will use no one other than Higher Ground cleaning services going forward. On time and extremely professional too!

Amy did a great job on our carpet tile and grout! After much neglect, the grout cleaned better than expected.

Amy was very responsive and so easy to work with! She took a couple area rugs that needed special cleaning with her when she did my estimate and brought them back and placed them after cleaning the rest of the carpets. Everything was seamless and the rugs look new again!

I contacted Amy to have an area rug cleaned. She explained the cleaning options, either cleaned in our home or taken to their facility for a deeper clean. We chose to have the deep clean done. She arrived to pick up the rug just when she said she would. Told me that it would take two weeks. Two weeks later Amy called to let me know the rug was ready to be delivered. We set up a time and she was there right on time. The rug looks like it is brand new!!

Always as advertised. Easy to deal with Amy and Bart. Have used them for over five years for rug and carpet cleaning.no need to search for anyone else.

My experience has been excellent. Amy was on time and did and great job; the online scheduling is easy use; they have a communication system to keep you informed of the appointment, as well as when the technician is on the way to the appointment as well and when they are finished.

Incredible customer focus, clear in communication and very professional in approach and service. House felt SO much better after Amy and Brian were finished - and it was a big job! Just had them back for regularly monthly cleaning - so nice to walk in after they are done! Thank you!

Have been a long time customer. The new owner had never been to my house before and when I called with an emergency, Amy came out at the end of her work day as if she had been cleaning my carpets all along. Great customer service and her follow-up was amazing.

On time, worked quickly, was aware of their hoses and avoided even incidental impacts to the walls/corners, etc. I'll use them in the future and recommend them to my neighbors.
