These guys were the best carpet cleaners I have ever experienced. Very professional. My carpet was horrible red stains everywhere from the kids they removed them all. We had an issue with our sewage backing up through a drain in the basement. It soaked the carpeting and with family visiting ina couple weeks and a baby and pets I was desperate to get the carpets cleaned up. Anthony responded quickly and was at my house within hours of the phone call. He was professional and provided a fantastic service! I will definitely be recommending him to anyone else in need of great service! I'm very appreciative and honestly expected the price to be double or triple what it was. Thank you so much again!!

I needed fast odor abatement help due to guests in my vacation rental smoking pot indoors during their extended stay of 14 days. The smell was horrific. Randy’s team came the next day & did a fantastic job cleaning & deodorizing the area rugs and furniture. I got everything fully dried and aired out by the next afternoon in time for my next guests to arrive that evening.

They were recommended to me by my brother in law when we were moving out of our house. Randy was very responsive and came right out and did a great job for us cleaning our carpets. We were very happy with his work and the price was fair. They moved furniture and got underneath it. They we thorough and did a great job.

Company was over an hour and a half late with no communication. I paid to get my house cleaned the day before and the technicians left greasy hand prints on the door windows. I was not able to clean the windows since all my stuff was packed up in a moving van. The service itself was done well.

Illegal disposal of high chemical waste water…..I live in a complex & our Mgmt team hires this company to clean carpets when residents move out but what I just witnessed disgusted me! These two guys literally spent 5min cleaning the carpet (can’t imagine the carpet was cleaned well) but then I watched them disposed of the chemical waste water into our parking lot & right down our storm drains, which is illegal & high fines will be imposed to violators. So I took a video of it & I will report this company because not only is our storm water being contaminated but residents are charged for storm water each month. Carpet cleaning companies are not supposed to just drain their waste into our water drains, they must be discharged in a Sanitary sewer system. My guess is they don’t want pay for it but I also find it to be absolutely disrespectful & lazy!!

I had a carpet repair done in my apartment today by a technician named Randy, and the experience was unprofessional and upsetting. From the moment he arrived, he was rude, dismissive, and showed no respect for the fact that he was working inside someone’s home.

Randy slammed my front door multiple times, rushed through the repair job, and made it clear he didn’t want to be there. His attitude and behavior were completely inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable in my own space.

Even if the work was minor, there’s no excuse for treating a resident this way. I expected professionalism and basic courtesy unfortunately, Randy delivered neither.
