THE QUALITY WORK DONE WAS 100% !! I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH WHEN SHOWN THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES OF THE WORK DONE. KAMI TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS .USUALLY HAVING WORK DONE YOU HAVE TO CONTACT A CHAIN OF PEOPLE THROUGH E-MAIL JUST TO GET A SIMPLE ANSWER. KAMI ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND INFORMED ME EVERYTIME BEFORE HER ARRIVAL SO WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE THE BACKYARD ACCESSIBLE. HER AND HER PARTNER LEFT MY YARD CLEAN AND I DO NOT HAVE ONE COMPLAINT WHAT SO EVER. IF THIS IS THE WORK DONE BY FIRST POINT AND ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE AS PUT TOGETHER AS THE TWO THAT CAME OUT , I WILL BE USING THEM TO DO WORK ON MY RENTAL PROPERTIES VERY SOON. THEY GAINED A NEW CLIENT AND I AM THRILLED TO HAVR THEIR CONTACT NOW.

I had a wonderful experience with First Point Construction. They were respectful and courteous when entering my home and knew right away how to resolve my issue. I would absolutely recommend them for any issue whether it be remediation or home renovations. They really are a one stop shop!!!

We used First Point to help at our house so I suggested them to my office. They came in and built additional office space in our shop! It was done pretty quickly and their team was super nice!

The young lady Kami that first point sent out to do our window wells was amazing. She also came out with two other gentlemen and She works circles around the 2 gentlemen that she worked with. I was very impressed with her. She was friendly and professional . Very very hard working and I was very comfortable and confident after speaking to her about the process with my wells it sounds like she has been doing this her whole life.

After a water disaster at my home, First Point had a crew led by Ryan on-site within a hour. The crew was very professional and paid attention to detail. I would highly recommend to family, friends or neighbors. Ryan is superb and had a team that stayed late into the night to assure what was needed to be done was completed.
