Jim Cosgrove is a professional in every sense of the word. Fair, punctual, and the customers always come first no matter rain, snow, or sunshine. He won't ever settle for the job not being done the right way, the first time. The way he treats you is the real selling point, you will always get a true professional every time, I can't be more clear about this. I would highly recommend this local, family owned business! Our furnace stopped working and the owner, James, responded immediately and was able to come to the house right away. The service was amazing, he was on-time for our scheduled appointment, and he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. James was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong, he came prepared to complete the required maintenance onsite, and he was very thorough in inspecting our whole system. I had the privilege of having Jim service my AC unit today. He was very kind, professional and willing to answer all my questions about my AC unit. I highly recommend Jim and his company, and if you want someone with integrity, he's your guy!

10 STARS! A most excellent tradesman! So back this past summer I had the "pink truck" guys install an a/c unit attached to my existing furnace. They never tested the furnace after they did their work. Well here comes winter and my furnace was short cycling. So I called them back to diagnose the problem and they blamed it on the thermostat, that they installed! So I worked with the thermostat people and they basically said it was the furnace. So then I called them back a 2nd time and they denied that there was anything wrong with the furnace. Strike 2. So then I tried doing some investigating of my own, and replacing a flame sensor and a high limit switch, but that got to be a little daunting, and I felt like all I was doing was throwing parts at the furnace. So thanks to my daughter, who had just used Mr. Cosgrove about a month earlier, she recommended that I call him, so I did. He came out with a "never quit till it's fixed" attitude, which I think is the best way to solve problems.

He called a couple of different tech support departments until he actually came up with the fix, it was a bad pressure switch. So I had him replace it and it's been working perfectly ever since! Thank you so much for being so diligent and having that never give up attitude. That's how I run my business.

I kind of felt like the "pink truck" guys only wanted to sell me a new furnace, instead of fixing my existing one. It's a shame that there's companies out there that don't want to continue the service after the sale, but from now on I will be ONLY calling Mr. Cosgrove for anything I need done or replaced with my HVAC system.
