I cannot tell you HOW HAPPY we are with the deep cleaning that we had! Not only did they clean with efficiency and by using environmentally friendly products, but they also took their time, did a thorough job, used a checklist (made available to us during the initial walk-through consultation), and even did a final inspection when the job was complete. We like to get a good fall cleaning annually, but this was-- bar none-- the best that we have had in years. We also noted that they are licensed, insured/bonded, and provide timely invoices and a secure means for remitting payments. Even our dog was calm during the time they were here. Suffice to say, they will be our biweekly company, going forward.

We had a fantastic first experience with CT Cleaning Professionals!! They were professional, friendly, hard working, extremely thorough and did an incredible job!! I have had a few different house cleaners over the years and they are by far the best, zero comparison. I am also in the real estate industry and have seen many cleaning companies, professionally, again, no comparison. They didn’t rush, nothing was cleaned around, all furniture was moved. They also added the extra touches such as tastefully rearranging some items, some cute rearranging in my daughters rooms, making the toilet paper look “fancy” with the stamps and folds. Just all the added extra touches that most companies ( from my experience) do not do. They normally work M-F but accommodated our request to get us in quickly and they came both Saturday and Sunday for a whole house detail. Overall our best experience, HIGHLY recommend!!

I am a stay at home mom who works a part time job and things got completely overwhelming for me at the house. I put a post on a group page on Facebook and Elizabeth responded and was at my house that day to gather what she needed for an estimate. I scheduled a deep clean with them and let me tell you it was so nice waking up to a clean home. Elizabeth removed and replaced the grout around my tub and made it look brand new. The playroom was organized. Everything was neat, mopped and dusted. The girls treated everything with care. There were a couple places that were missed like under my kids bed and under my large cabinet in my kitchen. Some spots were not dusted. Not sure if there is an add on for cleaning behind and under the fridge and oven. Over all I was very satisfied with the service. My house is cleaner than it’s been since we moved in last year and I can focus on more important things and walk barefoot in my home. Lots of crumbs. Thank you for bringing peace back into our home.
