Service Plus was the only company I called that would take on removing a water supply from my basement. Sam even went the extra mile to trace the line to discover the source. Glad I waited till they had an opening to do the work!

Unexpectedly lost water to an outside yard hydrant, assumed a pump or pump switch issue. Called Sam, who then walked me through troubleshooting steps via the phone and isolated it to an issue in the outdoor hydrant. No need for a site visit, excellent customer service!! Thanks Sam!!

Service plus responded to me same day, helped walk me through my issue and when I couldn’t do anymore they came out under 24 hours later and got my water pump pumping again. Now I have water flowing through my house again. I will recommend “Service plus” to anyone in need of water issues.

I had a bad leak in faucet in my basement at 9:30 on Friday night . I called Service Plus, they called me back right away. Even though he didn't do what L needed done .the gentleman told me what I could do. I did what he explain to me And I stopped the leak.I called several companies Service Plus was the only one who helped me. Thank you service Plus.

San is always very quick to respond and was very helpful. He has helped me maintain my old well house for the last several years. Recently with the cold weather my pipes froze . Sam walked me through step by step to get the pipes going again. It was a weekend and returned my call quickly. I appreciate his professionalism and highly recommended his company.

Sam at Service Plus doesn't do the work I need (replace steam boiler) but he was great at referring me to someone who does. Very pleasant, very helpful. If he cares about people who aren't customers I can't imagine how well he treats people who are.

I can’t say enough. I bought a home in August 2018. All inspections done, and passed. One month later September 2018. Issues began. After multiple plumbers and thousands of dollars. The problem was “NOT SOLVED “. I continued to have, not so pleasant, Backups in my basement. My dog got a skin rash, I got an odd skin rash. My son had two of VERY WORST ASTHMA ATTACKS I had ever experienced with him. Sam SUSPECTED what was wrong, JUST by talking with me over the phone.
He was RIGHT!!! After a camera inspection ( which he wanted me to view) he explained the drainage pipe had scale and was impeding water output, he said it had never been flushed. He corrected it with a high pressures flush. Mind you, my septic tank is very deep in the ground. It required my friend to hold his feet. While he did the work. He went above and beyond. Also he was calm and polite, dealing with me, a single mom, nearing hysteria as these backups and the material in them, was clearly unhealthy. As an RN I am all to familiar with the types of bacteria, yeasts, and molds. That may be in this or likely is and has been dispersed through my home. I was nearly in tears of joy to know. He found the issue/fixed it and did not try to talk me into doing more work then was needed . As I had been willing to donate a kidney at that point.
I just can’t say how grateful I am today to Service Plus . Thank you!

Amazing service. We hooked our new well water pump and pressure tank ourselves, even with everything hooked up properly, water still wasn’t coming to the house. We had been working on the issue for two days before finally reaching out to someone. We called service plumbing, on a Sunday when most other plumbers can’t be bothered (trust me we tried calling many plumbers) desperate for help. My husband had just returned from military training the day everything stopped working. Since we have a boiler, the water not working also meant we didn’t have heat. We have a one year old son and the weather is starting to get colder. Service plumbing promptly answered the phone, on a Sunday, and walked us through the entire process. We now have running water and heat thanks to service plumbing. I can’t express how grateful and impressed we are. We will absolutely be calling them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Excellent plumber! Absolutely reliable. We had several clogged drains over the weekend that turned out to be the symptom of more serious troubles with the old and many-times patched pipes in our basement. Sam called back right away. He solved our problem and made some changes that will prevent many problems in the future. He is an honest businessman and left the house immaculate. He was there when we needed him and didn't quit until the job was done to his high standard. We won't ever call anyone else for this kind of job.

Had an issue with my water pressure. Called the plumber that I had been using for the past 7 years. They told me that the heads were clogged in the water filtration system. Had the filtration system serviced, still had the issue. Called my plumber and they refused to come back out and told me that it was the filtration system. So I called Service Plus. They came out same day and not 20 minutes later, figured out the problem. BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had!!! Will use the again and will refer them to anyone who needs service.

We came home from a few days being away to find our water not working at the house. After doing some troubleshooting on my own I found that the water tank was not getting any water. I called Sam and let him know I had a fifteen month old to take care of so needed someone to be relatively fast. Sam came out personally the next day, very first thing in the morning. He went through all of the steps of what was occurring, what my options were and had my water back on within an hour. He kept a great level of professionalism but you could see he cared about his work and fixing the problem the correct way without over-charging. He has a customer for life.

Sam was very professional, kind and courteous. He showed up to my house within hours of my call. He walked me through the issues I was having with my well and we decided on solutions together. I never felt pressured in any direction when it came to ultimately making choices, I did however feel very educated because he explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood. At the end of the day after waking up to no water, I had water! I truly thank Sam for all that he did and I will recommend him to anyone in need. Sam is a stand up professional business man with a compassionate demeanor. Top Notch!!

Sam was extremely helpful and professional. My well pump locked up and I was without water. It was 9 pm and he got back to me within minutes. We could not be happier homeowners and would work with Service Plus again without hesitation. From start to finish we found Sam to be beyond professional and knowledgeable. He was up front about the challenges and possible solutions to our 70 year-old disorganized plumbing system. He removed the old pipes including an original corroding cast-iron pipe, and we now have a beautifully laid out mainline drainage system to our septic. Sam walked us through every step from the first assessment to the final product; he answered all our questions and even discussed how he designed and implemented the reconfiguration.
