I never write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Frank and his staff, that I had to. I recently purchased my home and was in need for an electrician. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions in regards to the electrical needs of my home (and believe me you, I had many of them! ). And the best part about it, is that his prices were very reasonable. You can't go wrong with choosing him as your electrician.

Frank is a reliable and thorough electrician. After the numerous storms with power outages, I bought a portable generator and Frank installed it. Even after the work was done Frank was always available to guide and fix minor issues. He is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to ensure the best service.

Frank and his team really go above and beyond. One particular night, we had an issue with our power going out in the evening. Despite the late hour, Frank insisted on coming to the house right away, diagnosed the issue, and had us back up and running quickly. We can't say enough good things about this business and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, friendly, and well-priced electrical work.

We have used Frank Clark Electric for multiple projects in our residential home. Professionalism, punctuality and design expertise have brought much needed lighting updates to our vaulted living room ceiling, children's bedrooms, and bathrooms. We have used several recommended electrical companies within our area since building our house 8 years ago. Finally we found a consistently punctual and easy to deal with company! Frank and his team are not only friendly and extremely knowledgeable, but they have gone above and beyond. They’ve done everything from installing chandeliers to maintaining our whole house generator to installing my electrical car plug. We’ve highly recommended Frank Clark Electric and they have become everyone we know’s go-to company for all electrical projects.

My neighbor recommended Frank when I was looking to upgrade my panel and install an EV charger at home. Frank came by first thing in the morning and had a detailed estimate to me quickly. I was already impressed with how attentive he was to what the job would entail and he answered all my questions when I emailed. His team arrirved promptly in the morning and connunicated with me along the way. They were professional, fast, clean. I can't say enough good things about them.

If you value your time, avoid this business. I requested a consultation and had to wait about a week for Frank to come out. When he did, he looked around, took pictures, talked to us about what we wanted done. When he was finished he told us that he would send a quote over to us within a day or two. Another week goes by, no quote or communication of any kind. I emailed the office and was told that they would get the quote to us shortly. Several days later I email again to be told this time that Frank was out of town but would send the quote over at his earliest convenience. It has now been 2 weeks since our consultation, and I've received no response whatsoever.

My takeaway from this experience is either that this business is very poorly run, or that they simply do not respect their customers' time. It's 2021. It takes zero effort to send an email, even if it's just to say that they're too busy to accommodate me. I've wasted 3 weeks with this company, and I hope that you don't make the same mistake.
