Masters of electrical equipment and tool repairs! I thought a tool I brought could not be fixed and POOF it was fixed! Very affordable and super nice!

Bought a miter saw elsewhere that the blade was stuck on. They said I would need to drop it off but ended up fixing it right on the spot within 10 minutes. Very happy with going here.

I have always had great service there. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Updated review: my air compressor (made in 1993) is working great. It was a short turnaround time for the repair considering it's a older compressor . Repair was done last year (4/2019).

Poor effort to serve a true warranty affiliated customer. But realistically these places are all about the money the money and nothing but the money. Customer service is a thing of the past. 👎

The Dewalt Lawn Mowers for the cordless lawn mowers are a rip-off. So you will have reimbursed your money 💰 🤑 💸 back for your Dewalt Lawn Mower. Their hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Saturday by appointment and Closed Sundays.

Don't add your Dewalt tool to their graveyard in the lobby!!! Have a very unfortunate experience here. Dropped off a Dewalt electric tool for warantee repair. They held onto it for 6 months, didn't touch it. I had to pick it back up and mail for repair after checking in every 2 weeks for months with no progress. Only compliment I can say is that they answer their phones.

Dropped of Senco stapler that wouldn't shoot for repair, took forever to "repair." Had an exhaust leak they said they couldn't fix. It had minor leak first two times I used it, then turned into a major leak and would not shoot again. I disassembled and seated the gaskets properly, reassembled and now it has no leak and shoots perfectly. Wasted money and drive, might as well have just ordered the parts and done myself.
