Mike gave me a fair quote on a generator installation and took time to walk me through the work that would need to be done to upgrade my electrical service, box and get the right sized generator for me. Really nice guy, and great team.

they are on time, courteous, friendly and they the job right the first time

Be very wary, made a massive electrical mistake and refused to make right on the thousands of dollars in repairs in cost me to fix.

These guys are awful. We had them out to our warehouse to install a simple buzzer/doorbell for one of our drive-in doors. The must have ordered the wrong parts 3 or 4 times before getting something that worked. After less than a year, the buzzer broke. We missed a pickup from our FedEx driver and several overnight packages did not get picked up. Our customers were upset and canceled their orders. We lost over $1,000 that day. Since then we've been chasing them for months to come back out and fix the problem. We just keep getting the runaround. Parts are on backorder, my guys will be there next week, and on and on... We've hired another electrician at this point. We can't keep playing this game. I'd stay clear of these guys. They'll be happy to take your money in the beginning, but their ongoing service and follow-up is terrible.
