I felt I had an emergency with my inside air conditioner. The two fellows came within 15 minutes of my call and checked everything out. It turned out I was wrong, that the terrible noise was coming from my guest bathroom toilet. I was in a panic because I am 86 years old, I have a pacemaker, a knee replacement, and hearing aids, and they were so kind and understanding and sympathetic and efficient and thorough. I would recommend southern values to anyone who needs air conditioning help. This is a wonderful family company.

From The First Call They Have Been Super Helpful And Have Excellent Pricing! Alana Was Super Helpful Scheduling Our Appointment And Outlining What Their Maintenance Plan Entails. The Technician That Arrived Did An Extensive Check Of Our Unit And Provided Us With All Of His Findings And Good Health Check! He Was Well Mannered, Well Dressed And Very Knowledgeable!! When We Had A Power Surge And Our AC Stopped Working They Were Super Quick To Get Us On The Schedule And Check It Out! After a horrific experience with another company in town that was the cheapest option (and ultimately damaged my home and created a mold problem), when I moved into my next home in 2011 and one of our units broke, I took a chance on Southern Values. I am SO GLAD I did. Their price came in between the cheapest and most expensive, but their customer service and the time they took to customize my quote really won me over and set my mind at ease. Over the years they have been the most responsive company to work with and have always charged me a very fair price for work done and never push me to do something unless it is absolutely necessary. They have honored warranties and always make us feel like a priority. When my upstairs AC unit died a few years ago, I called them and they had me back up and running the next day with a new system. After Hurricane when our almost 14 year old unit was damaged and everyone was having the same issue, they quickly assessed our situation and replaced our damaged unit in an incredibly timely fashion given the high demand for units. What makes them different is their customer service and attention to detail. They want to make sure the job is not only done right but also want to ensure that the customer feels comfortable and satisfied with the service they received. Their employees are highly skilled, kind, and professional, and the owners continue to stay actively involved in a hands-on manner. Southern Values' pricing is very competitive and explained thoroughly so there are no surprises. I had a great experience with Southern Values during a follow-up to a Sunday emergency when my cooling system was struggling.
Instead of a quick fix, I opted for a coil replacement. Blake Dreyer and his assistant (whose name I regretfully forgot) arrived promptly, introduced themselves, and efficiently completed the job.

Compared to other “reputable” HVAC companies I’ve dealt with, Southern Values stood out as professional, qualified, and genuinely concerned with the outcome. I feature the company itself operates with integrity, no upselling, just honest, necessary work for a reasonable price.

Guys came out super fast, very professional. Installed our new pool heater and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend.
