I am so happy with the service I received from The Bearded Plumber. I was referred by a good friend. I called Tom & he called back immediately & scheduled an appointment to give me an estimate. The prices were very competitive. James came & started the work putting in a sink faucet & new drain & shower system. They are honest and hard workers & exceeded all expectations. I will recommend them to all my friends & family.

James installed a garbage disposal and a MoenFlo device. He diagnosed the number of other issues. He’s very well-versed, efficient and neat.

This guy is amazing. I called him on Friday night for a busted pipe. No crazy surcharge/extra fees. He comes over, we have a chat, no rush, precision repair. Bearded Plumber is the best plumber we have ever hired; feels more like a friend helping you out. Also, each truck has a dedicated charity that proceeds go to each month. My parents house was backed up and we had already contacted another company to come out to take care of clearing the line, they never showed up and didn't inform us that they wouldn't make it today until almost 5:00 pm. We called Tom at Bearded Plumber and his service technician was at the house in less than 30 minutes. Line was cleared and he was packing up his truck in less than an hour. Very professional, neat, friendly and courteous. Would 100% recommend them and my parents have now found the company they will use for their plumbing needs.

Tom is awesome! I called to get an estimate for a leak on a hose bib. He came by within an hour and looked at it. He only had to tighten a nut behind the bib and that resolved the problem. Tom is so kind, professional, honest and very knowledgeable about older outdoor plumbing. He didn't even charge me for coming out today! That is so rare nowadays. I will hire him to replace 2 fixtures in the near future and highly recommend him and his company. Thank you so much Tom!

Wow! Tom and his colleague were super nice! Very prompt, professional, and friendly. They identified the issue and fixed it quick. Which I had called another plumber before and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Rare to find genuinely caring folks nowadays. They were also very friendly with my dogs and foster puppies ❤️.

Professional, Polite, and Proper Price!
My parents had a house valve problem at their house - it wouldn't turn the water off to the house no matter how hard it was cranked closed.
I called The Bearded Plumber first then another local (but TV advertised) service just to do my due diligence for my parents.
The Bearded Plumber was able to give me an estimate on this case based on a picture I provided along with the description on the issue. The other service had to come out first but offered a free estimate.
I can tell you that the difference in price between the two was vast, with the work 'needing to be done' as per the other service -much more extensive. **But it was a simple repair.
Needless to say I chose the Bearded Plumber who sent Tyler and his coworker out to meet my mom and get the job done. I wasn't there in person but able to view on their house cameras.
Less than 30 minutes later the job is done and with a higher quality part than the original for the same estimated price.
Tyler and his partner were both very professional, efficient and polite. My mom tends to 'continue conversations' and Tyler was very understanding as my mom asked how the business got it's name. And now my mom is now going to refer her friends to The Bearded Plumber as well as making them her 'goto' in the future.

My husband and I called the Bearded Plumber after running into some issues when installing our hot water heater. It was a Saturday late afternoon. He was the only one to answer and was here within an hour. Super friendly and personable and saved the day! Was great interacting with our kids and dog as well.

What great service! Had intermittent problems with a bathroom clog over the years. Had several different plumbers come out when I couldn’t resolve the issue myself. They just cleared the clog and left. Tom took the time to find the cause and actually fixed the problem vs a band aid like everyone else. AND great pricing!!! So friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Called up to a friendly and accommodating Tom who was able to work around my personal schedule. James came out for their free estimate and qualmed my concerns with his opinion that my incessant leaks in 2 different showers would be an easy fix from his long tenured experience. Scheduled the fix and he came back out that week to a quick and professional repair and replace. Paid what was quoted and even got a discount for first time services. They've earned my repeat business. I'll call the beards again if I'm ever in a plumbing fiasco. Thank you guys!

Good plumber's and even better humans. My clog was very complicated and Tom & Dave stuck with it. Attacked the issues from all different angles until it was resolved. Highly recommend these guys.

Great company, they warranty their work and they came out and fixed something under warranty at no additional cost, which was great. Tyler was very informative about the issue and what was needed and did a great job fixing our leak.
