Able to diagnose the problem very quickly, and able to get our old air conditioner running again until we can get a new one ordered and installed. Have used Abbot Air many times and will continue. Also he took pictures of the problems and emailed them to us same day as well as copy of invoice. Very satisfied

Wow! Just finished service after 7PM from Joseph D. 5 stars doesn’t do justice. He was on time, professional and courteous. He efficiently resolve my a/c problem, had the part on his truck and I’m now sitting cool and comfortable again. I would highly recommend Abbott Air. They have provided ongoing service for our unit over the years and are affordable and reliable, not to mention Joseph D was top notch! Thanks for the incredible service!

With the cold snap in recent days and a furnace glitch, we called Abbott Air and within 2 hours their technician Ron R. attended to diagnose the problem.(A very polite, friendly and knowledgeable tech!!)Within minutes he found the issue and proceeded with the repairs. And to ensure that we would not have further issues with the furnace OR the AC he performed multi checks on both to ensure they were functioning as they should. Ron is an excellent ambassador for your Company and we appreciate his due diligence in making sure he would not have to make a follow up call! Excellent work!!! Definitely would recommend Abbott Air to our neighbors!

Our 20 year old air conditioner finally died of heat stroke 2 days ago. We called Abbott and ordered a new unit. It will take a week to get it and install. Abbott assured us that they would get a temporary way to keep us cool. They sent technician, Billy to help. We thank him so much for giving us back cool air while we wait for our new unit. He went above and beyond anything we could possibly have hoped for. He spent over an hour in the heat to get us up and running. Thank you to him, Matt Grannon and Abbott Air for handling a stressful situation professionally with a strong dose of kindness and caring.

My experience with Abbott Air was excellent! They are honest and affordable. Ryan took the time to diagnose and come up with a solution to get my AC back up and running at a reasonable price. Very impressed and happy with Abbott Air’s Gold Maintenance program. Brent, the technician was excellent at explaining what they do and why and then followed through with excellent service. The price is reasonable given that he spent almost 4 hours servicing two homes. All electrical connections were checked, screws and bolts tightened and the air handlers were cleaned. A new start up unit and capacitor were identified as being burned out and needing replacement in one of the condensers which will be taken care of on a separate return visit. Time will tell if my first impression of their service is correct, but I am happy now and feel that I am good hands with Abbott Air.

When I returned home at 9:00 pm on a Thursday night after being out all day I realized that my condenser/compressor unit on the outside of my house was making a loud noise and a lot of heat was emitting from it and the cooling fan was not spinning. I called a few different highly rated residential HVAC companies and when Joseph Douglas with Abbott Air who was on call returned my message at 9:50 pm he advised that it could be the capacitor or the cooling fan motor. He said that he would come out in the morning the following day to save me the emergency service call charge. The dispatcher called me the next morning at 8:30 am and said that Joseph Douglas would be at my house between 10a-12p. I received a text message that he was on his way at 9:00 am. The message included a picture of my technician and a brief biography about him which really impressed me. He arrived well before 10:00 am and determined it was the cooling fan motor that had seized. He had a motor on his truck that was more powerful yet more efficient and actually less money than what he had quoted me. Within 30 minutes we were back up and running with ice cold air pumping into our home. The level of professionalism that was provided throughout the entire situation was beyond expectation. I would highly recommend Abbott Air and when you call, ask specifically for Joseph Douglas.

Brent is a great technician. Answered all of my questions and was thorough while performing semi annual HVAC service.

Ron did a great job and was helpful after contractors ran my new air conditioning while doing drywall work.

We have been using Abbott Air for years , including a maintenance contract . This company is prompt and responsive even in the middle of summer. Billy is the tech that we request if possible, he is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
