I can only say great things about Home Tech!! We have had them for several years. Each time I have called they have provided service very quickly.

Just last night we needed to call & we spoke with Yvette . She was amazing! Our disposal had backed up and we had quite a mess. She arranged to have a tech come out this morning. Throughout the entire conversation she was a delight & wanted to gather as much information for the tech. We also had a slight issue with our microwave. She provided the tech with that detail as well. She is an excellent customer service agent!

The tech that came out this morning was Brett. He was terrific!! He came in and immediately knew what to do. Brett was very neat doing a messy job!! He even put on shoe covers! He is a very pleasant & knowledgeable young man! Home-Tech is very fortunate to have him!

So if you are contemplating an appliance contract, look no further than Home - Tech!!

I have a service agreement with HomeTech and I have been extremely happy with the service they provide. It all started with Margo who sold me the agreement. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have had the technicians come to clean my AC unit and fix my dryer. It saved me tons of money and everyone was polite and professional!!

I highly recommend their plan to anyone. I am a single mom and it is absolutely perfect for me, especially since have no idea how to fix any appliances.

Home-Tech has been fantastic. We just had Justin and Shane re-do our duct work this week and they were absolutely wonderful young men who you felt perfectly comfortable working in your home even if we were not there. They did an excellent job both technically and in their organization and comportment. I only wish I had other jobs for them to do. They represent Home-Tech brilliantly.

On the sales side Joe Peed is an absolute legend and mensch. Joe took care of us technically for many years and now has come through with in an emergency AC unit (two years ago) and a beautiful duct system.

What a team! Honorable mention also goes to a lovely design by the engineer who drafted the plan and fine bloke who ran us up an emergency spot heater. Thank you Home-Tech for many great years and hopefully many more to come!

Dominic and two others serviced the kitchen sink disposal and slow bathroom sink drains in our Naples rental home. All three technicians were professional in appearance, polite, competent and efficient. Would recommend the service. We have used them in the past and been happy with the responsiveness and service.

Had my semi-annual A/C inspection and service today. Technician Eric and his assistant did a great job, as usual. But Eric and his partner went above and beyond and took care of an outside insulation problem!! I was very impressed. I was in the middle of a meeting, so I couldn't express my gratitude properly. But a BIG THANK YOU TO ERIC AND HIS PARTNER!!!! I always feel protected and confident with Home Tech.

I had an AC Technician out to check our system to make sure we didn’t have any water incursion with our Outdoor components. Our technician was extremely helpful in explaining the operation of our Unit and checked the settings and thermostat. All was OK, but Mark took the time to explain everything. Very impressive young man and a credit to your business!

Today I met Marco. He was such a professional and pleasant technician. Not only did he fix the washer, he explained the service contract we had signed up for. Extremely helpful and going forward we feel very comfortable signing a maintenance contract with Home Tech. I also had a very helpful contact in the service agreement department with Jacky. She returned my call and also helped me get started with the service agreement.

Quinton. Tech #211 gave me the best AC tune-up I've had in years. He was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend him. He is asset to your company.

I Ivan, Angel and Jason arrived on-time at my house and worked diligently to replace my entire air conditioner. At one point it was pouring rain and they still kept going while using umbrellas. I was very impressed with their professionalism and hard work. Great job guys, thank you!

Marco was in servicing our air conditioner and once again went over and above. Service like this is one of the reasons we have been using Home-Tech for over ten years now.

Yvette Anguiano was so amazing she’s an excellent customer representative she was very helpful and scheduled me for my AC service I love her she’s truly the best!

**Outstanding Service & Unmatched Reliability: Home Tech is the Best!**

I can't speak highly enough about Home Tech and their exceptional serviceman, Marco. I came home to a sweltering 95° inside, despite my AC being set to 75°. In a panic, I called Home Tech at 5:30 pm and was informed that a technician would be here between 7 pm and 10 pm. True to their word, Marco arrived at 9:30 pm, even after being stuck in traffic for half an hour. His professionalism and politeness were immediately apparent, and he fixed the problem promptly and efficiently.

Having the Gold package with Home Tech has been one of the best decisions I've made. It was definitely worth the upgrade from the Silver package. As someone who doesn’t know much about fixing things around the house, it’s a huge relief to have a company like Home Tech that takes care of everything without me worrying about getting ripped off. I have the utmost trust and faith in them, and I highly recommend their services to everyone.

To give you a comparison, my parents had a service contract with another well-known company. When their AC broke down, they couldn’t get it fixed for 3-4 days, despite my mother having health issues. And to make matters worse, the other company never showed up! Needless to say, they’ve now switched to Home Tech, and they couldn’t be happier.

If I could give Home Tech a 15 out of 10, I would. Thank you, Marco, and thank you, Home Tech, for being a company that truly cares about its customers.

As a new service agreement member, I have been very pleased with the service. My AC was working and cooling fine but it developed a leak and water was filling the overflow pan. The AC technician came to repair it and worked all day. He was persistent and got it fixed. He worked overtime to get it completed for me. Thank you to John, the AC Tech. Good job.

Home Tech is reliable and a fair value. They come out on holidays and weekends if your a/c is down. No extra charges. New a/c installed timely, cleaned up well and explained thoroughly. They don’t nickel and dime you.

Margo is not only professional, she genuinely cares to make sure everyone has a great experience. She is so supportive of my business and my customers, both sellers and buyers, that I wouldn't to a deal without her, even if it means I pay for the warrantee myself. Margo treats her job just like it's her own company. It's no surprise that Home-Tech, being a local and employee owned company, is so successful, with Margo as their representative. We own two properties and have Home-Tech warrantees for both of them.

I have had a great experience looking into the Home Warranty market with Home-Tech. Margo McQueen has been extremely helpful and has held my hand along the way! I highly recommend Home-Tech and Margo if you’re looking into a home warranty product!

If you get to the right person problems get solved quickly. That has not always been the case with my last few phone calls to HomeTech pertaining to an A/C issue I was having. That turned around today when Emily P. answered my call this morning. She listened. She heard me. I had the right person sent out for what needed to be done and I’m very grateful for her assistance. I would also like to thank Tyler. He is the “best boots on the ground customer service” man that this Home-Tech group has!

I had Brad as my service technician in on 2/28/25. Brad was an absolute gentlemen and totally professional. He located the problem quickly and went to work. He wasted no time removing my icemaker, unclogging my water line. He check the fitting in back of the refrigerator and the complete working of the ice maker. He did such a great job, I called the home office on 3/3/25 and told them what a great job Brad did for me. Highly recommend Home-Tech to anyone. I have used their service for 10 years plus now.
