I was extremely pleased with the work done by Joachim the tech who did my service contract inspection. I watched him do all the necessary tasks . He was very thorough and took his time to do these things properly. He then showed me the rust damage to the exhaust system which required some disassembly to expose the problem.This was beyond normal maintenance and was very helpful. Please let him know that I appreciated his attention to detail.

Our generator was installed by Reliable Power Systems several years ago. We continue to have regular maintenance & service done by their competent technicians who are intelligent, courteous & explain everything that needs to be done.

This review is about the Fort Myers-based branch. I recently had an expensive whole-house Generac installed by Reliable Power. I am very pleased with the work and with the responsiveness of the Fort Myers team. Specifically, Ryan and Justin were great. Both were knowledgeable and effective. And as a homeowner with no generator experience, I really appreciated their patience and expertise. Many thanks!

My annual service was due, the rep. arrived (Taveras) and laid out exactly what he was going today. He let me know when he was going to transfer the power and test the system and gave me a recap when he was completed. Good job and nice guy!

David came to service my generator. He was great. Was very polite and explained the work he did. There should be more people like him out there. Thank you David I really appreciated your good work and how fast you did it. Thank you again.

From design to installation Reliable has held up.to their name "reliable.; Fair estimate, always in touch, knowledgeable, responsive. Just had service done by Robert Sloan who is one of their technicians. Incredible service! He checked everything multiple times and cleaned everything to like-new condition

Everyone that has come to do maintenance on my generator have been super nice and respectful. They always call when on the way and they will even call when its time for maintenance so you wont forget.

Today was our 1 year maintenance service call. David was outstanding, knowledgeable and thorough. Everyone at Reliable has been fantastic from the initial install and beyond. This is my second time having a Kohler Generator installed at one of my homes Reliable unquestionably is the best installer/service company I have dealt with in South Florida. I highly recommend them.

I have to say the service we received from Reliable was outstanding! From the moment Jim Cain their Generator Consultant came to see us at our home the day after I inquired about an estimate, we knew we had selected the right company for our home generator. Jim is the kind of person who just wants the best for his clients. He offered lots of advice and was not at all pushy. Followed up on a Saturday and gave me his cell phone number to answer any outstanding questions we had. Reliable took all the stress out of the process - prepared the paperwork for our HOA sent it to them and proceeded with all the permitting. Heather, Matt and Zoe were also outstanding and Matt even orchestrated our installation in the rain! I will not state how quickly it took from first meeting to start up but it was quicker than expected because I know permitting can vary dependent on where you live - but you will be in good hands. Reliable could add responsive and efficient to their name! Customer service is not dead! Everyone we dealt with was extremely efficient - thank you to the entire team.

Mogesner Noel was absolutely a first class service provider and the most pleasant, knowledgeable and genuine contractor/repair/service person we've had come over to our home since we've moved in. He was thorough and tried to troubleshoot everything about this wonky setup we had in this home that we recently purchased and figured out our whole system. He explained everything very clearly and made both my wife and I very comfortable with our equipment and his team. I signed on the dotted line for this team to be our ongoing service provider. Our technician jevughani arrived on time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Thoroughly cleaned the generator and diagnosised the problem immediately. Had everything back up and running within an hour. I would highly recommend reliable power for all your generator needs. Excellent workmanship for a reasonable price.

Reliable Power Systems delivered exceptional service from start to finish. They replaced both my indoor and outdoor control panels and installed my Tesla charger with precision and efficiency. Fantastic response from reliable. Called Sunday and got call back from Justin. Very polite.. originally scheduled appt for Wednesday after resetting generator remotely. Came out, thought it was battery, and it was not. Battery was 2 yrs old so we replaced it rather than take a chance on failure. Thorough and just fantastic. Even was able to move us up a day which was even better. They may not be the cheapest place but as far as we are concerned they keep us happy by being honest, on time and there when needed. Generator back up, serviced and working well.
