Cory Bell from Premier plumbers was prompt, professional, kind, and extremely efficient! He had my plumbing problems fixed in a matter of minutes and I will definitely call him again if I have any plumbing needs. I will also be highly recommending him to anyone who needs a good and trustworthy plumber.

Our first experience with Premier Plumbing was exceptional. From the first phone conversation with Tonya, I had a good feeling about this company and that was validated when Cory (the technician) arrived at our home. He was friendly, professional, and got right to work finding the problem. I will definitely use Premier for any plumbing issues in the future.

Brian did a great job! He arrived as scheduled, accessed the problem and resolved it. We are satisfied with his expertise. Will definitely use Premier Plumbers again.

Brian from Premier Plumbers did an excellent job replacing our kitchen sink faucet & repairing a leaky seal in our bathroom toilet. He was very professional, friendly & efficient! Would definitely recommend using him again 👍 Top notch!

Unfortunately my condo has ongoing plumbing issues. These guys/gals are always amazing....from intake to service. In a world where nobody likes to work, these folks tell you they love their job! Great customer service from the start !!!!! I called for a broken hot water heater and received a next day service call (on a Saturday even). My technician " Brian R. " was outstanding, on time, friendly, very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Brian and Premier Plumbers to everyone.

Kevin did a great job. Very thorough explanations of work being done.

Cory was excellent! Was able to set up appointment when I needed, he showed up on time, they called and texted when he was on the way, and he was able to save my shower faucet. The price was reasonable. I am very happy with Cory and Premier Plumbers.

The plumber was punctual, friendly, and highly professional. He did a real good job. The cost was very reasonable. Communication with the office staff was very satisfactory. Will use this company again. Corey did the work.

Cory did a wonderful job installing our reverse osmosis system. He was earlier than expected, friendly, and answered and explained all my silly questions regarding the system. Plumbers have a reputation for not being the tidiest, but Cory did not live up to that reputation. He has been to our home before during an after-hours visit, and it was like seeing an old friend when he walked into our home this time. He’s got great energy, and I would highly recommend him.

Was so pleased with the prompt service when my hot water heater began leaking! Person answering the phone was very helpful & Brian arrived soon to evaluate the situation & remove the old unit. Jesse arrived soon after Brian left & installed a new unit. Both did a great job of cleaning up & I really appreciate all their hard work!! I would definitely recommend Premier Plumbers!!! Great service and quick work. Had a spigot break off the hose hook up outside our house. Went to shut off the main water valve and was not functioning. Tech Matt Watson was here in less than 30 minutes and had it fully repaired in less than a half hour. Super affordable for 6:00 on a Sunday night 1 week after a hurricane. Highly recommend

Brian was wonderful. Punctual, polite, professional. Brian quickly diagnosed the problems to several issues we were experiencing. Our next-door neighbors recommended Premier Plumbers after using them for a large job. Based on their experience, we booked an appointment to have a reverse osmosis water filter installed.

Brian Robinson arrived to do the work, and we were completely satisfied with the end result, and with Brian himself. He was friendly, took all the time necessary to explain to us what he was doing and how to maintain the filter going forward. And the job was completed professionally.

Overall we could not have asked for a better result, and at a pretty reasonable price as well.

Matthew was super nice and took care of the problem but I feel like we were ripped off big time by the company. I know that Matthew doesn't set the price so I blame the company for that. I also know that the parts was bought at Lowe's and not some big company like i was told. So not only was i lied to but I was also ripped off. NOT GOOD

I would like to update my review. Premier Plumbing called me and addressed all of my concerns. They were very nice when they called and listened to what I had to say. They went to work and fixed everything to my satisfaction. I really appreciate premier plumbing calling and reaching out to me that was super nice. I would definitely use them again.

I’ve had Brian at my home twice now for plumbing issues. He is extremely professional and provides excellent customer service. After making repairs he always takes the time to ask if there are any other issues. And if there are he takes care of them. Brian is a true asset to your organization.

This company is second to none. The staff at Premier is aces from the first call, to the estimate team to the plumbers themselves.
I was in a unique situation and Premier answered the call. I had my entire house re-piped and a new water filtration system installed. The pricing was very fair & the work is excellent! The plumbers that worked on my home were very professional and respectful. They made sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up. Josh the plumber, Kelly and Cecile did the estimate and I don’t recall the names of the people in scheduling, but they were amazing as well.
I would ALWAYS use Premier Plumbing!
