I can't say enough about Twin Cooling, Phil is great and always reliable, no hidden charges no BS, this man explains everything to you and his guys are very clean, no messes left behind no extra parts and no Jerry Rigging, all work completed in a timely manner and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Phillip is an excellent professional of HVAC repair. Fairly priced and trustworthy. Our family has been trusting our homes and our tenant's to Twin Cooling for years and have been very happy with him. Highly recommend and we would not call anyone else.

We are so impressed with this company! We called today around 4 p.m., and they showed up by 5pm. We were originally told by another company that we needed a whole new AC unit and would be without air until Friday. Thankfully, we got a second opinion here. The technician quickly diagnosed the real problem, and within 20 minutes, our AC was up and running again. Honest, professional, and efficient saved us thousands of dollars. Our AC died on us today. I was referred to Twin Cooling Inc by my brother in law, who spoke very highly about this company. I called Phillip at 5:30, he was here at 6:30, and had my unit was fixed by 7:00. I was blown away by his customer service and how honest he was. Just before he arrived we were quoted between 5k and 20k for the fix or a new unit all together. Our AC feels amazing and we cannot thank this company enough. We're even looking into getting duct work done by this company as well. For your HVAC needs call Twin Cooling, Inc.

This is the worst ac guy I ever dealt with very unprofessional I will not recommend him to anybody his company is a ripoff he deserves a zero in my opinion

I was referred to Philip by a handyman in the area! So sorry I used him. My unit is 2 years old and this is the second time it needed freon which should not be since it is only two years old. Now I need a new coil also. I have COPD and cannot breathe well in this weather !! He was suppose To come the night I called him, didn’t show up, and then called him the next morning said he Said he would TRY to get to me that day. I checked with my neighbor and got one of his friends who was in Air Conditioning and he came within an hour
As a favor to my neighbor for me! He put Freon in and it went from 80 degrees to 74 in a couple of hours and is coming this morning to put a coil in! There are so many good people out there to do and need work so all I can say is RUN from Philip and twin cooling!! Did I mention that when the inspector came he failed him and he had to come back an re-inspect it! And Phillip’s response was “I usually know them, But didn’t know him that’s why he failed him! “
