Came out to clean our ducts and when I found a problem with one of the screws not being screwed in, the owner himself came out the very next day on Valentine Eve to fix it - wore an N95 mask and was in and out quickly and apologized profusely for the minor inconvenience. I am hard to please, but GMCT Pest Control Services and Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services LLC Of FL really impressed me with their professionalism, work ethic, and customer focus!
