Called Aircond for a friend recommendations, it was the best decision I ever made. Another company told me that my compresor was damaged, however was not true. Aircond show me that was a control board. He explaind me every details. Super thankful with this highly profesional company.

Juan and his team are exceptional individuals. They turned a call for service into a teaching experience and showed me exactly what my issue was and how they fixed it. They went above and beyond my expectations and will be the only HVAC company I use from this point on.

Communication through phone calls were initially very helpful, and willing to talk through a humidity problem with a heat pump. But, the confidence dropped after not following through with submitting COI to condo building property management nor scheduling an appointment after hearing tomorrow, tomorrow, etc. Got a bit of runaround which the website suggests otherwise. He confidently stated he knew what the issue could be, and/or could troubleshoot it; however, never got the chance after dropped communications.
