Roberto was hired to install a closet system purchased at home depot. The closet system doesn't work the clothes do not fit he did not test it prior to leaving. When it was brought to his attention he said he would fix it but has yet to do so and it has been over a month. He was also asked to help with a door rehang he determined it needed a new door and has yet to install. He sends text messages after 9pm the day before or almost midnight last night. We have a closet that doesn't work and a door not on the frame. Definitely not recommended.
Love the reply 3mths later. It wasn't about cost it was about the quality of work. If you do the job correctly then the cost doesn't matter. The point is to do it right the first time so you don't have to keep coming back. That did not happen and THAT is why the review. Period.
