called the morning after Memorial Day weekend. They were out right after lunch that day. I was prepared to need a new AC outside unit. Was a quick fix for only the cost of a service call. Very prompt, friendly service.

We have used Capital Air for our home and business was air conditioning service. My business air went out and they were there in 2 days and installing new system. Would highly recommend their service.

Excellent service: I had a leaking problem for quite a while and instead of saying I need to change the whole system they fixed the problem and service the unit for a reasonable price and now the air is working perfectly. The technician (Scott) was cordial and answered all the questions. I highly recommend it.

I have known Martin for years. When another A/C company sent by my Home Shield Warrantee created a problem instead of fixing it, Martin explained what happened. Quality solutions that don't require repeated calls and charges. He is bottom line focused and gives you the information you need to decide the best course of action for the long run.

Called to get warrenty work done on my Carrier AC. Fast, inexpensive and easy to deal with. Turned up on time as promised. Work clean with profesional techs. I just found my new AC company for home and business.

Called at 9:02 am and Pete sent out Rob & Charlie to take a look at my failing unit, they started taking out the old one and they delivered the new Rheem 16 seer 3 ton unit. Rob and Charlie had it done by the time my wife got home from work..!! Great job & in a timely manner.!!

Great overall experience, have been using them for about 5 years. Always have come on time the day of. Respectful, clean. They respond immediately & are fairly priced. I have had nothing but good things to say.

3 years ago I had my air conditioning unit replaced by a different company (after hours) that did a very bad job, I called Courier and they gave me few companies that they recommend and I picked CAPITAL AIR-CONDITION it was the best decision I made, they were very professional and a lot of knowledge, and they didn’t even charge me!!!!!

I recently retired from a house flipping business and built my forever home. New construction requires several stages and inspections, if one part is delayed, the whole thing is delayed.

James and team are flat out the most professional, friendly, on-time contractor I have ever worked with... and I am old lol. Not only did every stage pass inspections, the inspector actually said “they did a really nice job on this”. Power got turned on to the house yesterday...and here they are today firing it up!

This is my first 5 star review... because up to now, no one has been that good. Bam!

Very nice and trustworthy family owned company, provided service twice and both times they showed up on time. They were honest with the condition of my units and performed the required maintenance without trying to up sell me on something I do not need. That’s amazing In So FL!

After shopping for both recommendations and then searching through the recommendations, I found Capital AC to be the winner of them all. No deposit was asked for, service was always prompt, courteous, and intelligent (they listened to what I was asking for), they offered an option that was an additional 1/2 ton of AC for small dollars more. Pricing ended up being the best also which made the experience outstanding. I wish all businesses were this good. Thank you Capital Air!!!

These guys are super honest & gave me very fair pricing on AC maintenance. I was disputing a charge with my landlord and they went beyond my expectations to write a report on the condition of the AC unit. Honesty is hard to find in South Florida so I highly recommend Capital Air!!

Capital Air disposed of my old A/C system and installed a brand new Carrier 4 TON 16 seer condenser unit and handler. They had the system up in running in about 5 hours. Very satisfied with the customer service, professional, straightforward and explained everything I needed to know to maintain the unit for many years to come. Thanks again Pete & team!

My air conditioner died. Capital Air sent someone right out to quote a new system. Chris not only gave me a good quote for a new system, he spent a couple hours getting the old system running so we would have air until the new unit was installed the next day. The installers, Rob and Steven, were professional, friendly, and efficient. They even did a great job cleaning up when they were done.

Capital made up for a slow start and did a good job on my repair. They even had to make a return trip at no charge due to the unit shutting itself off as a protective measure. They renewed my belief in their company as being one of the best. Thank You Capital Air Conditioning.

Have called Capital Air many times for various needs from installations to trouble shooting. They once replaced 3 split units for me in one day. They always seem to have a tech waiting for my call. And never sold me more than needed, which unfortunately has become a industry standard. And i don't know them, work for them or have family with them. Always CYA and get estimates.

Great Service. All I needed was an annual service and inspection. No attempt to up sell. Made a few recommendations on keeping my AC fit. The price was fair, very reasonable as a matter of fact. From the receptionist to the tech, they were polite, friendly and efficient, on time too. I will definitly use them in the future and recommend them for work you might need to have done. I am in the real estate business and am an active investor and have worked with dozens of vendors on dozens of properties over the years. This is a family operation (but able to handle large jobs) and are the absolute best, most reliable AC company I have ever encountered. i would not even consider working with another company. Their prices are also reasonable (not cheap but reasonable). At least as important these folks are reliable, don't waste time, don't B.S. (they have come out and told me that something was just clogged and charged me almost nothing )....I don't do reviews of vendors often but they deserve it.

Their repairman Casey just left my house and he did a great job. He was on time, very good attitude, replaced the inside unit aluminum coil in like 1.5 hours and he told me all there was to know about the issue with my AC unit and how these issues came about due to manufacturing changes in 2014 that he called "the year of the coil"

He also showed me how to make my AC filters fit better, how to place these blue pan tablets in the unit, and even checked the capacitor in the outside unit and cleaned out all the sand that was in the bottom of the outside unit.

This AC repair adventure started for me like the plot to a commercial; I came home from work on a Friday evening and my my wife is complaining that it's hot inside the house. The thermostat is set to 75 but the air temp is 82. I look at the outside unit and there's a bunch of ice on middle of it.

Saturday morning I called like 10 AC companies to find one that would come out Saturday morning and they told me I had a leaking inside coil and they refill some Freon and quoted me way too much to replace the coil, so like the cheap suburban American I am I called 10 more AC companies to get quotes on replacing the coil and Capital are was second from the cheapest quote and I'm glad I chose them it worked out great. I even asked for some business cards to give my neighbors.
