I’ve been working with Bogdan and Theodore Contractors since early 2024, starting with a major project in Atlantic Beach that included a full home renovation, a new standalone guest house, and a new pool. Bogdan ran that job with exceptional organization and transparency—everything was planned ahead, communicated clearly, and executed smoothly.

Because of the strong working relationship on that project, the homeowner asked Pier Electric to install solar and Tesla Powerwall as the property expanded, including additions like a car barn for classic car storage. That trust says a lot about how Bogdan manages his projects and his subs.

Since then, we’ve completed several more jobs together in Ponte Vedra Beach, all with the same level of professionalism. Bogdan handles the customer coordination, design details, and scheduling on his side, which makes our electrical scope straightforward. He pays on time and requests invoices once the work is complete—something every subcontractor appreciates.
