Did a great job repairing water damage including bathroom walls and vanity and also removed old water damaged wood floor and replaced with new wood floor in family room.

They did extensive renovation at our house. Totally professional and extremely reliable . If you are looking for a great company :LOOK NO FURTHER . Forgot the scope of there work. A new set of kitchen cabinets, appliances, granite tops and plumbing. A new Master bedroom vanity, granite top and plumbing . Tore out the tacky laminate flooring and replaced it with 100% porcelain . New kitchen floor. One more bathroom to do. Great service , great price. Very neat and clean in stall. Mother Nature recently forced us to have our entire sewer piping replaced as a result of root intrusion. Imagine trenches jack-hammered through the floors and then the concrete pad of your home.

Busting and breaking and banging and booming and enough dust to challenge the Sahara. It is the stuff horror films are made of.

Fortunately, we learned of Sunshine City Builders and engaged them during the demo process. Christopher, Eder and team put us at ease right off the bat. In the end, "you'll be very happy" they each said and they were right.

The estimate was fair and detailed. The crews arrived on time and completed the work safely, professionally and with a sense of joy doing the job.

Sure it was dusty in the end, despite careful coverage with plastic. "Don't worry," Christoper said, our cleaning crew is the best!"

They were better than that. When the crew left, our home was near spotless. Each room and its contents were dust-free and shiny.

Chris and his team are fantastic. He is very responsive and completed my gut renovation with effective problem solving and timely finishes. Renovations included two bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, moving windows and doors, installing barn doors, appliances, vanities, tub, shower, ceilings, walls, plumbing, electric, hardware, faucets, rotten sills, removing hornets nests - my place was a gut job. Chris and his team were flexible with many change orders, extra trips for supplies, they kept a very clean job site, very respectful of neighbors, showed up and got the job done. After nearly a year living through a terrible kitchen remodeling experience with another company (Best Trusted Service, LLC), Sunshine City Builders truly came to my rescue. Christopher and his crew met with me to assess the damage and unfinished work, clearly explained the scope, and returned just days later to get started.

What they accomplished honestly felt like a miracle. They not only repaired the damage left behind by the previous subcontractor, but also completed the cabinet installation, crown molding, and trim — and “completed” doesn’t do it justice. The craftsmanship was absolutely fantastic.

Before Sunshine City Builders stepped in, I was genuinely starting to wonder if I had been holding the previous contractor to standards that were simply unrealistic. We recently had water damage in our home and our insurance assigned this contractor to handle the repairs. Even though we didn’t choose them ourselves, we were extremely impressed with the quality of work and professionalism throughout the entire process.
They did an outstanding job on our bathroom floor tiling and installed a beautiful custom vanity that really elevated the space. They also replaced the flooring in our master bedroom, completed all the necessary drywall repairs, and finished everything with clean, smooth painting that made the rooms look better than before the damage.
One thing we truly appreciated was how they went above and beyond—they even added new baseboards at no extra cost when we needed them. Their team worked quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail, and it shows in every part of the finished project.
Overall, despite the stressful situation, they made the repair process easy and delivered excellent results. We’re very happy with the work and would confidently recommend them to others.
