My AC started giving me problems and because it was an intermittent problem (basically wouldn't happen in front of him) it took multiple times to problem solve the issue, but Brian was responsive, was transparent in not doing unnecessary yet expensive work, and he worked with me on pricing to solve the issue. So overall, I'd recommend!

I was told I needed a new ac system, went without ac or heat for a month because no one else could fit me in, Brian looked at my system today and found it only needed a new condenser fan motor and replaced it. Saved me thousands!!
