Robert C. Was great in explaining the work to be done, and any risks. He completed the work as promised. He was very pleasant and polite. I will look at signing up for HVAC maintenance with Ierna’s based on my experience with him.

I had an issue with my ac blower motor. The company came out promptly, assessed my issued, determined if part was in stock, and fixed my motor. I was very pleased with the work. I highly recommend them.

Devin and Robert were absolutely superb this morning! Devin thoroughly examined the A/C unit and diagnosed areas of concern. Awesome! Robert serviced the water heater expertly as well. Ierna is terrific.

Oir Technician Matt was stellar. As for HVAC technicians I have never encountered a technician so attentive to our needs and focused on solving the issue thoroughly quickly and professionally.
I would give 10 stars if possible!

Tony was exceptional! He was very professional and paid attention to detail. He kept me informed throughout the process and completed the AC tube-up in a timely manner.

Rob C. and Rob G. came through for my family today. What presented as a simple job to replace a cartridge turned out to be much more difficult. Years of hard water had basically cemented our tub faucet cartridge in place and the brass broke off making it (nearly) impossible to remove and replace. At one point the concern was having to cut away the opposite wall. Instead, the boss man came out for his expertise and put on a clinic and got it fixed without additional expenses. I even asked for them to replace a working cartridge in the other bath while it still might have been easier to remove (it wasn’t) for future peace of mind and they suggested I contact Moen to get a part for free rather than get charged. We bought a water filter/softener after we moved in but years of not having one had taken its toll in Land O Lakes. If we didn’t already have one, we would contract them to install. They went the extra mile to not damage property and every time I expected additional charges to pop up, they pleasantly surprised me with reasonableness. Thank you Rob(s)!

Julio was very professional and knowledgeable. As customers/clients, we often use these words in our review because they have become almost capricious praise but as one who has had many AC people/companies come for repairs; I have seen it all the snake oil salesman, the novice-expert pretender, the aloof absent mind avarice repair man etc…No I mean what I am decrying here, Julio is the real deal and I am very content that there are still companies and individuals like Ierna and Julio who merit such accolade and are highly esteemed

Blake did a thorough job of testing our HVAC unit. He cleaned everything and had us up and running quickly. He took the time to explain the new thermostat to me and helped with programing the best settings for our needs.

Came home last night and discovered water leaking through a wall. I was referred to Ierna’s by friends who had used them for extensive plumbing work in their house. Went on the website at 10 PM to make an appointment. Ted and Jewani showed up the very next morning, found the leak behind the wall and repaired the broken pipe. The techs were really great, pleasant to talk with and overall fantastic. Spent about 4 hours from start to finish. Explained and showed me what they were doing, tested the system and made a somewhat daunting situation less stressful. Thanks so much!

The 2 men that were here doing were very professional and very nice and gut good cleanup after their job was done. I would recommend them to anybody who’s going to get an AC unit or any work done on their house other than paying and plumbing because that’s what I do. They were very professional and I appreciate that they were the best I’ve seen yet. Thank you.

Joel came out to our home today to perform maintenance on both of our AC units. He was professional, polite, and very thorough in his work. It’s refreshing to see such great customer service—highly recommend Joel and Ierna’s Air Conditioning!

Tony came out to do maintenance and check out our systems that haven’t been looked at it awhile. He was professional and knowledgeable. We could tell he knew what he was talking about, didn’t sugar coat things, but also didn’t act like the world was ending.

John was very helpful and professional. He knows what he was doing. He fixed the problem I had with my sink and put the new one and he also put the new garbage disposal. Everything is working properly now!!! Thanks again and I will highly recommend his services to others including IERNA’S Heating & Cooling, Plumbing.

Excellent experience with Tony P.! He came out to service our air conditioning unit to resolve a blockage. Tony provided updates every step of the way explaining with what had occurred, how he will fix the issue and to prevent future repairs. He was extremely thorough, polite and asked if I had any further questions. It was a great experience overall and his knowledge of animals is a plus!

Technician Robert Canchola was great. Always appreciate people showing up early. He was knowledgeable on his assessment, gave me some tips and advice and put me at ease in the situation.
I was lucky enough to not have any major issues. He also explained the process if something later comes up and advised what potentially cost would be. Much appreciation to his transparency.

Ierna was great. They worked around our schedule to come to the house. They were very professional and gave us a great price.

Dillon is the man! He actually talked me through the entire process of installing a water heater. He shared the cool story of the iconic logo. He said he would need 3 hrs to do the job but was out of there in under 2hrs...and he came through on Super Bowl Sunday within an hour of receiving the call. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our technician Tony was honest and clear on explanations. He listened to our concerns and offered several options to solve our situation. No pressure. No hard sell - just good and honest service. Tony spent time cleaning and servicing our unit. We didn’t have to purchase anything. However we did replace a needed part. This was my third attempt at finding a new HVAC service that worked (do not use Frank Gay or Integrity. They are merging and all you’ll get is bogus prices, sales pitches and late/overly cocky techs)
Ierna’s services from the very first phone call have seemed more genuine all around. I had Tony as my tech today, he was very detailed and honest with his work and, as a new homeowner, I appreciated his explanations.

We had 2 leaks within 10 days. Needed total house re-piped. Had several estimates. This company’s price was way below other companies! (and included a new 50 gal. water heater) The guys were always on time, kept us informed what they were doing & worked harder than any contractors or plumbers we’ve ever had. Some days they had up to at least 6 men all working together to get the job done right & and get our system up and running . Never left us without water. All the men were fantastic. We would like to mention special thanks to John & Esteban for going over and beyond what we expected! Thank you for a great experience. This kind of experience doesn’t happen often. Thank you all. We lost our AC last weekend after returning from vacation. Lightning hit our AC unit. Mo Zaal was my tech today and he did a great job. He diagnosed the problem better than a few companies that came to my house and had me up and running in no time. We now have a huge voltage surge protector and a cool house again. Going to invest in lightning rods for the house so it grounds out in something other than my AC unit. Thanks Mo!
