Unbelievable service. Highly recommend this company, I was so frustrated my Sub-zero refrigerator was broken. The technicians were on time, professional, and paid attention to details. They actually cleaned the drain pan properly, replaced filters, and fixed an over-freezing issue in one visit since they had parts with them. No upselling, only what was really needed. I also asked them to check our AC and it turned out to be incorrect Google Nest sensor settings, they fixed it on the spot. Everything works perfectly now. Honest, knowledgeable and detail oriented team. Highly recommend for Sub-Zero and other high-end appliance repair.
