Can't say enough about the service I received from this excellent company. I was able to book an appointment for balcony and sliding glass door cleaning on the same day I called, thanks to Supervisor, Jared. Jay arrived on time and was a pleasure to have in my home. He was super careful, did a beautiful job on all the glass and has a remarkable "old fashioned" work ethic for a young man. Brickell has also done an exemplary job on the windows of our entire Collins Avenue Condo building.

Excellent experience with this company! Used them for the first time today. They scheduled my service within 24 hours, arrived as scheduled and did a superior job. Best window cleaning service I have ever had. Jared was my service person and he was extremely polite and accommodating. Wow! 5 stars all the way!

From the original quote, to the follow up to schedule, to confirmation of time of arrival - the communication was excellent from first contact to completion. I live in a brickell high rise facing the ocean and the windows get so filthy. Kenny did an incredible job cleaning them and our glass balcony railing. He was super thorough, professional, and did an amazing job. Will definitely be using him again!

Brickell Window Cleaners always delivers. After coming back from vacation my balcony windows had embedded water stains from the Miami tropical storms. Jovanni from BWC came on short notice and left my balcony in picturesque condition. Most importantly he was done in less than an hour and a half (shower including), allowing me to get back to my work calls without disrupting my day.
