This was the easiest set up I’ve ever scheduled ! Very friendly and professional. Clear on exactly what is covered and I was able to add my own cleaning requests from an addition list. My request was for a post move out cleaning and my team was Alejandro and Amanda both were a true pleasure to deal with. They were very detail oriented explained and showed me every step of their cleaning routine and had scheduled a five hour session. My final hours for the work went alittle long but I was immediately asked if I was ok with the bit of extra time. I had a truly difficult cleaning job due to floors having been wet from flooding. And place had been uncared for for years. They got to work immediately as I said and worked from top to bottom of every room unbelievably. This team and company knows what good customer service is all about. They are well worth calling and absolutely worth their weight in Gold for how clean my property was finished!!! Impressive 10star service!!!

Had a great experience with this company, I coordinated the appointment with Jay for a deep cleaning and according to my needs he set everything up and gave me a reasonable quote. Two cleaners were sent, Bessy and Su, they arrived on time, ready with all of their cleaning supplies well organized and were very polite. They addressed everything that was asked for: beds were made, windows were cleaned, thorough cleaning inside drawers, closets and appliances; everything was left spotless. Jay reached out during the cleaning to make sure everything was running smoothly and payment was easy through zelle. I would definitely recommend calling The Miami Cleaners for your next cleaning!

We hired The Miami Cleaners for a deep cleaning of my grandmother’s apartment. Jay was very clear and understanding of what we were looking to do and we were very happy with this service. We sent pictures to show what work we wanted to prioritize and discussed the plan for the cleaning service. The cleaners meticulously cleaned surfaces from grease to mold and were very thorough to make sure the job was done properly. Their service is priced on the higher side for good reason, as they are very detail oriented and clear on what we should expect. Ana was super friendly, showing us how to maintain the cleanliness of the space. The team also took before and after photos, which was great evidence to showcase their expertise. We would recommend this service to friends and family who need the job done properly. We look forward to having The Miami Cleaners over again soon :)

I cannot say enough about this business . I contacted them to clean my daughter’s apartment to help relieve her stress as she is in school and had big exams she was studying for. They did an outstanding job . Dulce was great ! My daughter said her place felt so clean and she was very personable ! Would definitely recommend and will use again .

Amazing service! We were provided a move in clean as the complex we are moving into hasn’t been lived in in over 6 months so it was very dusty and dirty! Got the whole place clean in the 4 hours (3 bedroom 2.5 half bath) looks amazing and now feel ready to move in!! Definitely recommend

I recently booked a post-construction cleaning with The Prime Cleaner, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. After construction, the place was covered in dust, footprints, and debris and their team came in and completely transformed it.

They were super thorough and didn’t miss the little details that matter, especially with all the fine dust that gets everywhere after a renovation. The floors looked amazing, and they also did tile & grout cleaning, which made a huge difference! the grout lines looked noticeably brighter and everything just felt fresh again.

They even took care of the exterior window cleaning, which was a big plus because construction leaves the windows looking cloudy and dirty. Once they finished, the windows were spotless and the whole space felt bright and clean.

I selected this cleaning company by letting my fingers do the walking, not be recommendation. Been cleaning my own home for 30 years, but bad luck would have it, I fell and broke my wrist and had no choice but to seek assistance. Fast Forward . . .
My house is sparkling. They sent an Angel named Yoandra and she detailed those bathrooms and more effortlessly.

They did a great job. I was on the fence at first, but they did well. I inspected the place after they left and they hit everything. Make sure you explain that to them. Super friendly. A little pricey, but they did a good job
